"I'm glad it does you know I like to make you happy " Brooke
replied smiling back at her husband as she accepted the cup of
lemonade from him. Their's was a happy equal yet quite
traditional relationship one she would never change, they both
made each other happy and kept everything fresh and fun. " I had
another check up today too " she said as she picked up her
grilled cheese sandwich and took a big bite.

Jacob took a bite of his Mac and cheese and smiled. When Brooke
spoke about her check up, he replied "Oh? How was it?"

"It went well, little miss is growing properly and is as healthy
as she can be, however I still need to take the medication for a
little longer " Brooke replied putting her sandwich down so she
could take a drink of Lemonade. It was a little disheartening
that the anaemia was still present but she was being well cared
for and the end result would be worth everything she was going
through.

Jacob nodded and replied "Good. Glad to hear she is doing well."
He took a sip of his lemonade and sighed. "We'll make sure we
keep your medication up."

" If you get chance come with me to my next appointment and
you'll be able to see her on the computer screen" Brooke replied
smiling knowing he was only concerned about her well being " And
definitely we will I took the last dose for today before I had
that nap".

daughter. He replied "Definitely. I would love to see her." He
continued eating his meal and smiled excited to see his
daughter.

Brooke smiled at her husbands response, she knew how excited he
had been when she told him she was pregnant and couldn't wait
for the moment their daughter finally arrived although there was
plenty of experiences to share before then. " It's a date then
and then we can maybe start organising the nursery " she said as
she finished her sandwich and began eating her fries.

" Oh you have me intrigued Mr Edwards and yes I am free tomorrow
" she replied her interest peaked as to what he had planned for
them. She knew he wanted to take her to the holodeck again and
wondered if this was the time for that. She finished her fries
and her lemonade and went over to him, she sat on his lap and
looked into his eyes " I know how much you like to surprise me".

Jacob held onto Brooke as she sat on his lap. He then said "I
think you will like it. I'll give you a hint, we'll be going
back through time."
