Josh didn't need to think about her suggestion. "Helm all stop
on the engines." Josh then looked over at Brooke. "We'll just
let her coast in."
The Atlantis was being pulled slowly into the anomaly. "All
hands brace for impact." Josh announced to the crew preparing
for the worst.
Moments later the Atlantis disappears from their present
location and reappears on the other side of the anomaly.

Bridge of Atlantis
Josh was on the bridge of his battle ship for the Terran Empire.
The first officer Kira Wyman has been taken into custody for
treason and is sitting in the brig. Josh decided not to kill her
as of yet because her father is a high ranking official in the
empire. He turns to Brooke. "Commander what is our ship
status? How many members of the crew do you think are loyal to
Kira?"

Mirror Universe, USS Atlantis Brig
Kira was sat down on the floor of the brig, channeling the
recent events. A mixture of angrier, confusion and irritation
flowed through her then she finally stood up and walked up to
the force field which stood between her and a tactical officer,
stood by the field. "You know, if you let me go free you could
be one of the highest ranking officers in the empire, hell to
that, you could become one of the richest people on the empire."
She paused for a moment, to think, then slumped onto the floor
and sighed. "The only reason I'm alive is because daddy bailed
me out and after all, I wish he didn't and then I'd love too see
chaos rise all over the empire."

Brooke absentmindedly rubbed her blossoming baby bump as she
revelled in the thought of Kira's misfortune and punishing her
for what she tried to do. Traitors to the Empire needed to be
dealt with but understood the Captains reluctance to kill her
just yet due to her connections although if her daughter did
anything to betray the glorious empire she wouldn't hesitate to
disown her but it was her intention to raise her daughter
correctly and show no weakness. " All systems are operational
her pathetic attempt didn't cause much interruption to the ship"
she replied "Not many I would say only a small number where
loyal to her but I don't think they will be now although I
wouldn't mind teaching them a lesson".

"I want names of the people on this ship. I don't care how many
our security finds and we have to run this ship on full
automation. I will not have traitors on board." Josh stood up
from his chair. "You have the bridge commander. I'm going to
pay our guest a visit in the brig." Josh walked towards the
turbo lift.

"Agreed Captain I'll get those names and have Security pay them
a visit and I'm sure you'll punish our guest well " She replied
moving over to the Command chair, it was a wondrous feeling
sitting in the centre seat and could just imagine the power of
command not that she wanted it for herself but she respected
those who did. After all her main concern was serving the Empire
not forgetting her delicious and dangerous husband down in
Engineering, a chill ran through her spine as she thought of him
before turning her attention to the crew list to weed out the
traitors.

Josh walked to the turbo lift with a look a anger and
determination. He stepped in and the computer chimed in
acknowledgment to his arrival. "Brig. " Josh ordered.
Brig
The turbo lift stopped and Josh exited. He walked towards the
brig. Once outside the doors the computer asked for
identification. "Captain Joshua Shepard." The doors opened and
the guard on duty saw the Captain enter and quickly jumped to
his feet and with his right arm made a fist and lightly tapped
the left side of his chest, the standard empire salute. Josh
returned the salute. "You're dismissed ensign." The ensign
quickly departed before Josh took another step. Once the doors
shut Josh started walking slowly towards Kira's cell. He stood
in front of the force field with his hands behind his back.
"Good after noon Kira. I trust your accommodations are to your
liking. So how does it feel to betray the empire? You tried to
assassinate me and take my command. Such a shame, i had such
high hopes for you. " Josh said with an evil looking grin on his
face.

Brig
The fact that the ensign left brought Kira to her feet, she made
her way to the back wall and then slid down with her knees up.
She waited for the person to enter and she couldn't help but
smile when Josh entered. "The accommodation is fine, shame
though, I could've had even better ones if I'd killed you. I was
so so close, you always were a slippery bastard." She paused for
a moment then continued. "Betrayed the empire? More like
decreasing the surplus population. Come on-" Kira stood up and
walked up to the forcefield. "- kill me now. 'daddy' isn't here
to bail me out. Do it. Now." She finished, smiling at Joshua.

Josh returned the smile. "See there's the sense of humor i love
about you, trust me my dear you will die. I only regret that i
won't do it here right now myself. Once word of your actions
teaches home, your family will be labled as traitors. They'll
be forced out of the empire, all their properties seized, and
your father will most likely be killed for raising a traitor.
They'll see it as a coupe to try to overthrow the emperor. Then
they'll probably beg me to take your father's position and then
I'll gladly kill you but after you witness the falling off your
family."

Brig
Kira couldn't help but grin at Joshuas inspiring speech.
"Well... I guess I'll have to stop you then. I mean, I guess I
could save you the effort and kill myself here. Plenty of runs
into the forcefield would do the trick, I'd hate to waste your
time." She smiled and then continued. "Or... You could let me go
and remove it, say it was someone else and I won't get you
killed before you get me... I'm a powerful person mister
Shepard." She finished.

Jacob felt the ship shake while still in the shuttle. He heard
Joshua speak through the comma and gripped a console close to
him. "You heard him team. Hold on." He spoke to his team and
held on tight.
[B]Mirror Universe[/b]
[B]ISS Atlantis - Engineering[/b]
Jacob looked around the warp core seeing it was shut off. No
core meant no warp drive or engines. He growled and looked at
his team. He then shouted to them "What the hell people?! No
warp?! Do you [I]want[/I] the Captain to come down and punish
the lot of you? We can't be sitting here like an easy target.
Get to work!"
He walked into his office and taps the comm button. =/\=
Engineering to Bridge. Not sure if you are aware yet but
whatever the hell happened caused us to not have warp drive or
engines. My team is working on the issue now.=/\=
