       A few concerns

       Hi all.
       I just want to raise a few concerns, and hope that people
       actually think about them, and don't just ignore them...
       1. Criticism – Okay. There are two types of criticism. Basically
       good and bad... There appears to be a lot of bad criticism given
       on the site, and although you might think it is good, the person
       you are criticising may feel as though you are bullying them, or
       singling them out if you do it to them... I know I have been
       feeling this way recently.
       2. Lack of interest – Closely linked to criticism, comes lack of
       interest in posting. If something bad is happening, or on the
       other hand, nothing is happening to keep people involved, then a
       lack of interest comes into play, and the missions turn South
       and burn out.
       3. Misreading/ not reading posts - There have been multiple
       occasions where people have misread or skipped over posts, (I
       for one have accidentally missed important things, but hey, no
       one's perfect) and others have 'rubbed it in their face' which
       again, links to criticism and lack of interest.
       All this negativity is putting up a bad image for newcomers, and
       others already within the fleet. I used to love RPing, but now
       it is just all negative, which doesn't help with my problems,
       and I know of at least two others that feel the same way.
       Can't we all just take into account other people's feelings, and
       bring back good times RPing, like we always used to have. And
       also, can people jut give ideas, through PM to the CO and XO, or
       on Skype if you're in the groups or friends with other members
       that can bring the ideas to light...
       One of the things we wanted to happen on this new site was for
       everyone to be involved in mission planning etc. But when it has
       came into action, and the CO and XO has taken a small step back,
       and let the crew have some lead, some of them have started
       complaining about the CO and XO being inactive, due to the step
       back the crew asked for... I think it's a good idea to give it
       another months try, to see if the crew can have it their way, or
       we scrap that rule, and go to the CO and XO running the
       missions.
       Please, take into account what I have said, I don't want
       detailed descriptions of if this makes sense or not, but please,
       PM me 'Yes' if you want me to talk to the other command staff
       about this, or 'No' if you do not want me to talk to them. I
       will count up the PM's in 24 hours, and the biggest number wins.
