       "registering your ship at a new starbase/making a starbase
       thread" could be your first order as a commanding officer.
       also, would he be promoted to cmdr or straight to captain? it
       could be like with Sisko and he'd have to be commander first
       before being promoted to captain not long after? sorry, i like
       story-line continuinity way too much
       Btw Shepards, would it be ok if i joined Combat Tactics with
       you? it would make a lot of sense since my character has a
       little security training, but not enough experience to bring him
       up to security officer level

       Yep LOL I problary create it shortly;
       I am thinking Commander could make sence then promoted to full
       Captian after;
