why not just vote for someone else instead of yourself? Kind of
like a "well, if i can't get it, than i'd rather so-and-so get
it." prohibiting people from voting for themselves rules out a
certain problems that may arise later. then again, this is all
based on the honor system anyway i guess
as i am new, i will abstain/wait until the last minute to vote,
since i dont really know anyone yet. and if i miss the boat,
it's no big deal :)

Excellent Points;
I myself Wo'nt vote unless there is a tie breaker that would be
needed but so far I doubt there would be that need

If people want to abstain I would recommend not voting and
waiting for the results.

Wow, this poll is going to be close. I don't think I've ever
seen one where everyone was tied.
