Bridge.
Maria walked onto the Bridge and saw the Captain sat in his
chair. Walking along side him, she smiled at him widely and
said, "Good morning Captain."

Bridge.
He looked up from his reports at the sound of Maria's voice,
truth be known he had known it was her the second she stepped
onto the bridge and the familiar scent of her perfume wafted
across his heightened sense of smell.
"Good morning Commander, I trust all is well" He attempted to
smile at her but his mouth just did not work like a human mouth
and he just ended up baring his teeth.
"Did you get chance to review the information I sent you last
night"? he asked as he looked directly at her.

Bridge.
She giggled at his attempt to smile. Although it was improving,
she still found the effort... cute in a funny sort of way.
"I did." She replied letting out a quick sigh and a smile. "It
kept me awake for a couple hours, but glad I read it."
breaking eye contact, she turned to the view screen, then
finishing, "Anything new?"

Josh stepped off the turbo lift and saw the captain and first
officer exchanging pleasantries to each other. He took his post
at the tactical station. "Good morning captain, and Commander."
Josh always believed in giving the greeting of the day to his
superior officers. It shows respect.

He looked at Maria and saw the laugh so knew she appreciated his
effort attempting things she was showing him. "Nothing new as
such, just the usual reports of Cardassian and Dominion forces
who can't believe they lost" he passed her a PADD and then
gestured towards the viewscreen "We are getting a weak signal
from the Ventaris nebula but it is too distorted right now to
hear, fancy going to find out"? He asked Maria as at the moment
they were just exploring.

"Thank You Lieutenant, What is the status of our guest in the
brig"? He asked about the Cardassian former Levet who they were
transporting to the USS Lexington for transfer to the JAG and
the war crimes trials.

"Good morning Mr Shepard." She said smiling in his general
direction. Turning back to B'Ozian, she said "Sounds like a good
idea to me sir." She finished then looking back out of the view
screen.

"He's a proud man. He's in great spirits considering what he's
about to face. He's been very talkative though, he's demanding
to speak to you though captain." Josh said as he tapped the

B'Ozian nodded in agreement with Shepard firstly and then his XO
"I agree Commander, but take Mr Shepard with you, I want the
former Levet to know he is in no place to make demands anymore".
Picking up the PADD and handing it to Maria "The charges he is
facing are on here, Don't let him into your head".

Bridge.
"Understood sir." She said to B'Ozian with a single nod, and
then looking to Shepard and saying "Let's go." and walking into
the turbolift and waiting for him to join her.
