Awesome, I've got my car keys. I am totally prepared for this.
First, I can use the panic buttons as a distraction if I am near
enough to one of my cars. Then, I can drive away if my car still
has fuel. And if I really must fight off a zombie I can spray it
with the pepper spray and then stab it in the face with either
the keys or the swiss army knife attached to it.

See if it was item on the left then I have my old kitbag thats
probably got something it.. curse the end of the world and the
ability to turn left!

As i'm preparing a new costume, I have a Basseball Bat (
Louisville Slugger) with Barb Wire wrapped around it.

The panic button would bring them to you, and pepper spray
makes pepole feel pain, they don't feel pain. I have to check i
think there is an episode of fear the walking dead where someone
tried it, and failed.

While true they probably wouldn't feel pain from pepper spray, I
was thinking that it could obscure their vision temporarily
(assuming they are still capable of producing tears).

Had we gone with left instead of right, I would have had a
diaper bag containing not only baby supplies but a complete
first aid kit, snacks, bottled water, taser gun (probably
useless against zombies but helpful against would-be raiders),
makeup kit (including hair spray) a lighter and a change of
clothes.
