       2013 enduro maps

I have been doin alot of reading and askin questions to get
ready for exhaust change. I already have the uni-pod filter with
the factory snorkle on the bike and it runs great. i ordered the
cable from lonelec on ebay. its really nice quality and got here
fast. i am gonna use the evo1 FI map for 2012 690 with the stock
2013 EP map. i will have the stock ep map when i read it from my
bike. i will download the fi map from the tune ecu website. i
havent got the exhaust yet. there are alot of write ups with
pics on adv- one is called ktm 690 idiots guide- seems pretty
simple. i have read alot of peolpe used the evo1 map with best
results and didnt have to really mess around with the settings-
i am planning on the Q4 exhaust for now. Anyone have luck with
       this and wants to add?

Could you post a link to "the idiots guide"? It sounds like
       perfect reading for me!

yesterday i finished loading new maps from a cool member on adv.
the whole process was actually easy. i still have to put the new
pipe on and do the 15 mn idle and should be ready to go. i will
post up when finished. i did learn my 2013 bike came with 2012
       maps stock...

got the pipe on and everthing back together. let it idle for
16-17 mins and i could grab the xhaust while the bike was
runing...havent had a chance to ride it yet to see the
       difference.

ok rode the bike to work today- zero issues/codes. The bike ran
great and sounded great- i can now hear my exhaust just a bit
louder than the tires! gtg it was all pretty easy really after
you get over all the hang ups and cautions over modding a brand
new bike and just do it...

road it offroad and still no issues- the bike does seam to run
at the same temps but the exhaust is still cooler- no hand
       burns- i kept checking
