factory big bore

well every since i saw that the 2016 duke switched to a 105
bore x 80 mm stroke.I have been wanting to do a big bore. I am
hoping to install the cylinder and maybe even the new head
design on my 2014 enduro. which is 102 mm bore by 84 mm stroke.
the end result should be 718 cc. So i ordered a head gasket
and a base gasket, on initial inspection it appears they are the
exact same bolt pattern, holes . ect. so my only concern is the
piston pin to crown distance. worst case i will have a piston
made. and i have not checked the cam chain yet. unfortunately i
will be waiting for a good deal on used parts, (watching eBay)
so i don't pay full price on something that may not work . I
hope to get into it this winter. while the beast is hibernating.
