       2016 - 690 Enduro? or 690 Adventure? What will it be?

       Hi Everyone. There has been some speculation that the new 2016
       690 Enduro will actually be an Adventure model. Possibly KTM
       could release both versions. Back in April I put down $2.5K on a
       2016 Freeride because my local dealer told me that most likely
       they would only get one in initially. I was also told that it
       would arrive in mid-July. Well here we are in early September
       and still no Freeride. Over the ensuing months I made payments
       on the bike and have now paid it off in full. Also over the last
       couple of months I started thinking that at this point, with the
       colder weather coming and other factors, that I should get the
       690 Enduro (I know, they are completely different bikes) so I
       told my dealer that I want to switch my money over to the 690. I
       was told that they would be getting the 690 in soon after they
       receive the Freeride and other 2016 models. I went to my dealer
       yesterday and pressed them to give me any info they have on the
       690 such as delivery date and Enduro or Adventure. All he would
       tell me is that he "should" get delivery of the 690 before the
       end of the year and that the Freeride could come in any day or
       week now. So I went home and checked all over Al Gore's
       wonderful Internet for info on the 690. The best thing I found
       was this Forum and that the 2016 690's may not be delivered
       until March. I want both bikes but the 690 I want more. So does
       anyone have any further info on the 690 delivery date because
       this will help me decide whether or not to take the Freeride if
       it does come in soon. I don't want the dealer holding on to my
       money until next April....
