Hey any of y'all had a problem with the instrument cluster? I
rode my '15 one day in the dirt and the next day went to go
again and no reading from the cluster. I have abs lite ,
blinkers head light et al, starts and seems to run OK ( haven't
gone for a ride just reved it etc. ) No warning lights no
indicator or other read outs from the dash. I tore the whole
bike apart looking for a problem and found the right side wire
going into the main fuse almost off but that did not fix the
problem. Anyone have the problem or know someone who has?

check your grounds. i always run an extra to the eng and frame
on all my bikes, also if you had a lose wire check the fuses
       might have blowed one.

Thanks I did that and a million other things. I pretty much tore
the whole bike apart and checked every fuse, wire connections,
grounds and anything else I could think of. Found the main power
fuse wire, one of them, almost completely backed out. Not unlike
other things I have found on this bike. The PDI from the dealer
I purchased was crap. Figured after all the checks it had to be
the instrument. Took it to Munn and they replaced the speedo
under warranty and all is good. When I was wrenchin for a livin
I came to understand with electronics most will fail in the
first 6 months or will live forever. By the way the only
addition to the scooter are attached to the factory hot leads
behind the head light. Any way it''s fixed for now!!!
