2014 RECALL - Rear brake pedal

2014 690 Enduro r rear brake pivot bolt.
Had my rear brake pedal fixed a few weeks ago under warranty -
pivot bolt backed out and bent the rod going into the master
cylinder (and some other stuff......)
Dealer called me fist thing this morning (7/22/14) with news
that KTM actually issued a recall on the pivot bolt. The bolt
needed to be 5mm longer and basically too short. He already
ordered and received the bolt for me and said to stop by, should
take less than an hour. Nice customer service and follow up
from the dealer.

Interesting... Thanks for the heads up.
Mine actually backed out and I later found it in the skid plate.
It managed to break the return spring in the process.
I'll be sure to call my dealer.

My return spring broke, I put on a lighter weight spring, I
checked the bolt, it was tight....

My warranty work was done today; it only took them about an
hour.
My return spring was broken as well - related? who knows.

Had mine done Saturday. Ajax in OKC had my bike ready to roll in
about 15 minutes. My return spring was fine. I've got 535 miles
on mine and about half are hard offroad miles. Guess I'm lucky?
