On the new site I would like to install a ChatBox kinda like how
we do on Facebook except all of our members will be able to join
us.

Thats a really great idea, like that a lot, now will people be
able to chat with each other if none of us are on chat?

Yes the site will run 24/7 anytime the site is up they can chat
we do not need to be on for them to talk.

Great idea, chat can also be used as a question section too, if
anybody is having any trouble with their profile or anything
like that

Yea instant feed back or if no one is on then they can make a
post in a help section
