       Bug in Leave Tickets

       Hey,
       I do have from time to time a bug in the Ticket System. I get an
       error message like in the attached screenshot.
       Yesterday I could leave a ticket, but it seems that it didn't
       saved.
       Anyone with the same problem or a solution for me?
