       Responsibilities of a Community Member from CR1 to CR3

       [font=georgia]Introduction [/font]
       Community Rank (CR) are the underlying permissions given to a
       player. For example CR4 permissions are granted to a Corporal,
       these include access to server admin, staff board, etc. Should
       he decide to step down from that leadership position he still
       keeps access to his awarded permissions (in this case CR4), and
       can continue to help in an administrative role.

       CR1, 2, and 3 are  the equivalents to Recruit, Private and Lance
       Corporal. These ranks make up the the "Enlisted" or "Member"
       category in the 4th/KO.
       Recruit and Private (CR1 - CR2)
       These two ranks make up the majority of the unit. Their
       responsibilities form the foundation for all others.
       These ranks are responsible for:
       1. Attending Events.
       2. Staying in touch with their section.
       3. Using the attendance system.
       4. Maintaining a high level of skill and self control.
       5. Representing the unit in a positive light.

       Lance Corporal (CR3)
       This rank has the same responsibilities as the other enlisted
       ranks but has added ones as well. A Lance Corporal is a person
       who has put forward the interest to take up greater
       responsibilities in the unit. They are selected through a trial
       system for which they apply for anonymously. This system is
       fleshed out to allow for flexibility in the way that each Lance
       Corporal is able to assist the Staff of the unit. CR3 is also be
       given to people who hold the rank of Private, they act as backup
       admins and help fill in roles when staff members are away. CR3
       gives them access to the Staff sections of the forum and the
       admin pass for servers. Additionally, in Post Scriptum Lance
       Corporals are responsible for the Bren Group of each Section.

       Self Control - The ability to control oneself, in particular
       one's emotions and desires or the expression of them in one's
       behavior, especially in difficult situations.
