Talking to Corey tonight and he was saying how he was talking to
a mate and his friend was telling him how the new buyer of the
Big house and the land AND Granny flat was planning to SELL the
Granny Flat and get it towed away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shame
it IS stuck to the ground actualleh BUT I suppose IT can be
moved .... !
SO that means I Need to get rid of whatever we do not need ....
And here was I thinking maybe we could leave ... the fridge or
some furniture for the new owners or whatever ..............BUT
.......... sigh maybe it is better for US If we can sell them
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I Might be awake all night now thinking of this
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perhaps you should ask the new owner or the real estate? You
will need a fridge too though, so why would you sell it?

ITS All too complicated so Dan says we can put it all in the
Container and it will be taken down to Chch !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
End of story !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not going to waste my
time thinking about it any more !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PASS !

Thank you.... my friends :)))))))))))))))))) You have
reinforced my ideas :)))))))
I did get a couple more BIG cardboard boxes today when I went
shopping into Hawera :)))) Maybe I will safety wrap and pack my
ornaments .. all my pottery pigs etc etc :)
According to a message from Dan this evening the RE woman and
the ' to be NEW Owner ' .. wants to come have another look at
the property ... so WILL I be UP at 10am tomorrow ???????????? I
Might if I go to bed now :)))))))))))))))))) Night night

appointment after all the hassle he has caused!!!!!! Sleep in

Hahaha I was awake and I Did get up in plenty of time and the
couple who came ... girl was the daughter of the to be new owner
.....walked inside and were out again in 2 minutes
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They apparently want this Granny flat
to put on their farm for workers !!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!PASS !

OIC so the new owners are selling the Granny Flat to a large
farm owner, good idea.

The girl is the daughter of the Older man who has bought THIS
property .....and his daughter and her husband live on a
different farm further up the road :) They want this granny flat
for their worker... or a couple who will do cow milking !!!!
Corey seems to know more than me !!!!!!!
