It won't come up for me, is it the same one they looked at
recently? Does it have a Granny Flat?

NO NOT the same one, it is bigger and a bit further out from the
city !!!!! NO Granny flat but 5 bedrooms and 2 lounges and lots
of land and ..... outer buildings ....possible granny flat !! OR
we just live in the big house all together
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ONE big family
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And a duck pond !!!!!!!!
No idea why it will not come up for you ... maybe I will use the
long version of the RE ad.

That house looks lovely and perhaps the garage can be
converted?I can't see al the photos, but I did read it had a man
cave as well, perhaps you could finally have a craft area?
I can't see you all living together as much as you all seem to
get along, but living so close together with only one kitchen
etc???????????

Ahem the MAN cave is definitely a MAN thing if you see the pics.
Its a bar and pool table thing plus other men stuff and it comes
with the house ! Pass :)
Not making any plans until we get down there !!!!!!!!!!!
PS: Exactly Darien ONE Kitchen !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PASS AGAIN :)
With Dan and Bonnie working .... maybe they need a chef ??????

I believe it is about 20/30 mins drive into the city. Cannot
remember what Dan said !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't see all the pictures for some odd reason, even when I
look up the address!!!!!!
I hope it all works out for you all and I also hope this will be
a more permanent move for you.

NO idea why you cannot see all the pics of the house..... !!!
BUT It is Big and spacious .... PASS :)
Annie says we can always come stay with them :)))))))))))))))
They are also still looking for a house ( In a rental flat ATM
) If they find a suitable one with a Granny flat ... we can go
live there ! WE are AUSSIES :) I really do not want to live in
the SAME house as Annie and Richie or Dan and Bonnie etc. Much
prefer our own individual place BUT ...it will be lovely if we
can be close to family in our old age :) ..............PASS :)
As for a final Permanent Move ??? I thought Perth was IT ! THEN
Helensville THEN Waverley NOW Christchurch ??? Or Aus.

My girls and my grandchildren all live close by, except for Em
living in Townsville. It is nice to have them close by.
You will certainly have to make a choice soon!!!!
