For some reason I can't get the pictures to come up, so I can't
see the house, but I did read what the house was like and how
big the land is. No Granny Flat though!!!!!!!!

PS I looked the address up and found a site where I could see
the pictures. Needs a bit of work to bring it back to what it
should be, but a beautiful old home like that could look
stunning [emoji4]

I think the shed bit was to be the Granny flat and Dan said
maybe we should go to visit Annie for 2 months
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pass !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do
like old places like that one :)
Anyway Bonnie is in Auck. ATM now visiting Nana Nita :( Thats
all I Know so far.

Ah that makes sense then, but again, you would no doubt have to
wait a while before it was converted. All those lovely gardens
you potter around in, the possibilities are endless [emoji7]
So you don't know if there has been an offer made on Dan's place
yet?

YES there has been an offer and it has been accepted ......
don't know the actual offer amount but it was better than the
original one... slightly !!! By the same people.

John says 6th of September ................. I thought it was
the 2nd week of September BUT ?? ... that is as much as I know
!!!!
Today I spent ages on my knees clearing out arty stuff from the
bottom of the lounge cupboard. Mine and Greta's arty stuff !!!!
I got a whole big plastic rubbish bag full of .. stuff and we
took it along with other 'stuff' to the dump this arvo !!!!!
The woman at the dump.. said " hello I have not seen you here
for ages " :)))))))))))))) WE had a canny bit of rubbish and
she said the cost would be $20 to dump it ... but I did not have
my bag / purse and John only had about $9 in his pocket so she
said... "OK thats fine" :)))))))))))))))) Hahaha been there and
done that before BUT she likes to chat and so John dumped the
stuff while we had a chat :)
Still got loads more rubbish !!!!!!

We will go down to Chch. !!!!! Dan can find us somewhere to stay
!!!!!!!!!!!!
They still have stuff up here in the container so they are
supposed to come here before the sale goes through and Penny was
supposed to go down to Chch. to look after the
kids............THAT was the original plan..... NOT sure ATM
seeing as Nana Nita is NOT well but still not heard any more
about it !
I am sure Dan will contact us any day now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Its easier for him to ring or message us !!! Otherwise we will
stay here ...................................... !!!!!!!!!!!!!
