Not sure how many people DID come to view the big House this
morning between 11am and 12 noon but NOBODY came down here to
look even tho. I DID get up fairly early and make it all look
nice and clean and John DID go up and light the big house lounge
fire as requested by Dan !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Saw one youngish couple and the man had a baby on his back
.....and there was another couple who came to nosy up at the big
house. The couple with the baby walked down to view the fields
but did not come near here ! John was sitting on the deck with
Juno and Maggie was safe .... inside the Ute !
The RE male ... nice young man called Will, was here to show
people around.. I think he may well be a new Real Estate
man!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PASS !!!! I also think maybe it was a trial
Open Home for him !!!!!!! PASS again.
Watch this Space !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It seems odd that no one came to look at the Granny flat as
well. How much is the house going for?

The whole property is going for " Twelve hundred thousand
dollars " !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Twelve hundred thousand dollars in numbers is $12,000.

No, 'twelve hundred thousand' written is $1200,000 which is $1.2
million which is much more reasonable, that's just under $1
million Aus.

OF COURSE you are correct !!!!!!!!!!!!! $1200,000 !
One of the couples who did come on Sunday are coming back
tomorrow to have another look !!! Apparently they live not too
far away and work / live on a farm ! They love the big house but
don't know if they can afford it BUT they are coming again at
10am !!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't have to get up early as long as
John can go and light the fire as they loved how nice and warm
it was when they went to visit on Sunday ! PASS !

They did come this morning at 9 AM ... not 10 as I thought John
said......... but I heard nothing much except Maggie barking at
one stage and I did hear John get up at 7am and I got up for
the loo and took my Thyroxine pill and snuggled back in bed
again as it was Cold !!!!! I did get up finally at almost 10am
:))))))))))
The couple came to visit again and He likes it and wants it and
She thinks it needs too much work ! Nobody came down here except
Will the RE. bloke to tell John what they said !

It seems you are getting viewers really quickly, it’s not long
been on the market has it? Have you thought any more about what
you and John are going to do?

The house does not need much work on it ... it is very livable
as it is and comfy ! The Roof has been done and other stuff ....
maybe new carpet or similar stuff .... walls painted etc !!
John and I are going to Chch. to live !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well thats
the idea and we are playing it by ear :)
The house went on the market last week and there is another Open
Home this Sunday so maybe I should go up there and check all is
good tomorrow !!!!!!!!
