« on: July 13, 2020, 08:08:16 pm » I made a cup of tea at 11am
and sat down to look at the paper and all of a sudden everything
went dizzy !! Is it you who got dizzy lately Linda ? Anyway it
was weird, everything was going round and of course I panicked
and made John take me to the doctors straight away ! They were
very good and I was put in a wheel chair and pushed into then
nurses room and the nurse did a preliminary check, my BP was
high ... I was in a panic ....... Anyway I did settle down and
the doctor came in and did some ' follow my finger ' stuff and
did my BP again, a bit lower this time. Anyway he thought it
was Vertigo and John told him how I have been sitting at the
table doing my colouring in .... for hours.................and
how I was complaining of a sore neck for the last few days !
I will keep looking !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just had to put this up here so I will remember it !!!!!!
I have to say I had a few laughs looking back at some of our old
stories especially ones with our old friend

There are so many reasons for getting dizzy, most of them have
an easy solution. You worry about your health too much

Maybe you are right and I Do tend to panic a bit sometimes
!!!!!!!!!! I will keep taking the Abs. and hopefully I can sleep
tonight :)

I did sleep eventually last night or more like early morning
!!!! Took my Thyroxine pill at almost 8am .... a bit later than
normal for me .... and John got up and off to sleep I went and
woke up again at 10AM so a late breakfast of my toast and tea
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a nana nap after a tiny bit of lunch today at 1:30pm, read
my boring library book for 20 mins. then dropped off to sleep
and woke up at almost 4pm !!! Lucky for us Bonnie was doing
dinner again .... home cooked fish and home cooked chips and a
lovely salad :)))))))))))
I think I am ready for my bed again now at 9PM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't sleep well last night, Robert kept me awake, he had
pulled a muscle in his back somehow while turning over in bed
and my goodness you would think he had broken his bloody
back!!!!!! He then moaned and groaned all night. He hasn't gone
into work this morning and he is supposed to play golf this
afternoon........if he does I don't think I will speak to him
again [emoji34]

Been there and done that when John has a bad back ..... he often
gets a bad back depending on what he is doing workwise etc.
!!!!!!!! Old age doesn't help either !

Well he didn't go to golf, but he seems ok now and has gone into
work this morning. He can be such a drama queen sometimes!!!!!
