Thyroxine

I went to the chemist this morning to check I still had the same
Thyroxine pills .... as once again this morning I got up at 7am
and let the dog out then took my Thyroxine pill and snuggled
down in bed again.... John got up shortly after that then I was
out for the count and woke up at 10AM
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT took me half an hour to
actualleh GET UP ........... so once John came back with the car
rego. at 11am ... I called into the chemist here and took my
Thyroxine pills to get checked and apparently they are the same
as always !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO CHANGE !!!
SO I went to Whanganui to shop and called into the GP clinic
there and the receptionist said ........... " OH Hello Moira "
:)))))))))))))))) I told... ? her what I wanted ...to get the
Thyroxine pills checked as they were not working properly or
something was not right ... and she looked up my stuff and said
it had happened before .. YES I said ... last year. I could not
get to see any doctor today BUT I can have an Appt. here in
Waverley clinic on Thursday afternoon with Dr. Josh Firmin
...lovely man :)

I really do doubt that there will be any change in the
medication itself, but more likely you either need to increase
the dosage or lower it. Perhaps it's your thyroid mucking up a
bit or just a habit you have gotten yourself in.
You were lucky to get such a quick appointment!!!!! Good luck

Well once again this morning I woke at 06:50 am and Juno was
trying to get into the bedroom again ......... I got up, went to
the loo and let Juno outside .... then took my Thyroxine pill
and snuggled back down in my lovely bed :)
John was fiddling about and he got up 07:20 ( yes I saw the
clock ) ..... I spread out and snuggled down and went back to
sleep !! I woke up at 10 minutes passed 10 ~!!!!!!! So from
about 07:30am to 10:10am I went back to sleep and I woke up hot
and stiff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT IS happening
????????????????????
I AM sure this has happened before too and I am sure ...
thinking..... it all has something to do with the Stupid Vit B
pill that I took last week ?????????????
I do have my Thyroid checked every 6 months or so BUT I will get
it all checked on Thursday !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PS. I do have to document this on here

I am sure it is a habit you have developed over the years. You
have always said that you sleep your best when John gets up in
the morning, that you take your tablet and go back to bed, I am
talking before the change in your medication name, many years
ago. You are just fixating on it for some reason. What does John
say about it all?

Well this morning I woke up at 7am and needed the loo then I
came back and took my Thyroxine pill and snuggled down again
then John got up about 20 minutes later and I waited to drop off
to sleep again and I did until just before 9am when I woke up
again !!!!!!!!!! So maybe an hour and a half. That is the more
normal way after taking my Thyroxine !!!!
SO I was wondering if the Vit B made me sleep more for the last
3 mornings !!! That may sound odd but I am sure it did the same
thing when I took one the last time so it PUT me off taking them
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DID NOT take them for ages then this
one appeared in my Chemist Prescription pack last week ..... so
I took it as instructed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PASS !!!
I Will get the GP. Josh to check for me on his computer stuff
when I go see him tomorrow !!!!!!
John says he cannot remember much about it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vitamin B can relax you, but I wouldn't think that much, but it
won't hurt to talk it over with your Dr when you see him today.
Good luck and let me know what he says.

Waited in the GP clinic this arvo for my appt. at 2:20 pm. 6
other errrr Oldies also waiting !!!!!!!!!! Thankfully most of
them were waiting for the Nurse :) One couple ... ? she works in
the chemist here !!! Cannot remember her name but Hello Moira
and her ... husband ?... they were in with the doc for maybe 20
minutes. I finally got to see Josh at 3pm !!!! Never mind the
wait and no moaning :)
Apparently a similar thing has happened before according to my
notes when I took Vit B and again when I had a Vit B jab.. that
was worse apparently !!! So now NO MORE Vit B stuff
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thats about it as it happens often to other people too
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Josh was very nice and showed me it on
his computer .... good job I did have my specs with me !!! He
also asked about John and I told him he was good and not
drinking much :)
Cost was $13.00 !!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO I don't take Vit B except the once a month pill but I Stopped
that ages ago and I also stopped the ??? jab thing as neither of
them agreed with me in the end BUT UP popped the Vit B pill in
my prescription stuff so I took it last week !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY
Memory is useless nowadays OR is it the Vit B
?????????????????????? Or lack of it ????????????? PASS !
Every morning I DO take my THYROXINE PILL .. I HAVE to take that
to keep going ... then I take the other pills after breakfast
...... !!!!! This morning after John got up around 07:30am I did
again snuggle down after taking my Thyroxine pill and I did go
back to sleep and then woke up again at 9am !!!!!!!!! More
normal for me !!!!!!!!!!!
NOW I don't want to be fussy BUT lets see how I go in the
morning with the new Duvet :)))))))))) I Might want to stay in
bed ALL day again :)

You are confusing me now, I thought it was Vit D you took every
3 months??? The injection is for B12 and that is usually very 3
months as well. Oh well, if you are going to stop them it won't
matter.
