NO shopping today !

Pension day and I always do go shopping but I did NOT go today
because it was so cold and wet and I did not sleep well last
night with all the wild winds and rain and thunder etc AND the
DOG snoring and John snoring !!!
Off to bed now :)

Safer and warmer to stay at home in that type of weather. I have
my lung rehab this morning, then I will come home and pack to go
too Townsville. I am up very early again as I was awake and
needed to go to the loo, so I may as well stay up as it was
5.30, this way I can get more done without rushing around and I
can sleep in in Townsville.

OH HELP I don't know how you manage to do it ..........time wise
!!!!!!!!!!! I hope your lung rehab. went OK and you are now
safely in Sydney and as it is now 9:30 PM here you are may be
already in bed fast asleep so you can get up early tomorrow
morning :))))))))))) Well it IS 7:30PM in Sydney

You do manage to get things done when you have to, like this
morning I have a 9am appointment to have my hair cut, do I want
to go...............NO, but I will to get it over and done with.
I will be home again by about 9.30am and then have a free day so
I can rest and take it easy.

Yes of course we DO manage to get stuff done if needed
:))))))))))) You had your hair cut not so long ago if I remember
!!! It must grow fast !!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
Mine need cutting again now too but ......... it can wait !

I get my hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks, so does Robert as he
comes with me these days.
I have lung rehab again today and I am still very sore, I don't
want to go, but I will.........sigh.

I also don't know why you have your hair cut so early in the
morning :)))))))))))))))) I forgot to mention that last night :)
Mine does need cutting again but not at the last place as it is
not cut like I need it ..........and I just get my hair cut when
it needs to be cut .......... I have not used my new colour
stuff either ... not yet !!!!!
I hope you manage to get on OK with your lung rehab. stuff today
and enjoy doing it again !!!! [emoji170]

The appointment was originally for 3pm, but she messaged me and
told me she had a cancellation at 9am and would I like that one,
so as I prefer mornings, I took it.
I got through my exercises at rehab, but it was very hard going
yesterday and I am happy to say that I have absobloodylutely
have no plans for today at all [emoji1]

Hahaha I DO SO hope you have enjoyed today and having
absobloodylutely NOTHING to do :))))))))))))))))))))) [emoji170]
9am is twirly for me BUT having said that I went to the clinic
this morning and because I wanted my bloods tested etc I had to
go back this arvo at 2:45 to get in to see the Nurse on duty !!!
When I did go there were also 3 other female Oldies like me ....
all waiting too !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As you know I cannot
always keep my mouth shut and we did have some chuckles
....:)))))))) Anyway I have to wait for the results till maybe
tomorrow and I have an Appt. Monday for a Vit B jab thing.
EARLY...... 10:20am :)

I had a lovely day, did my washing and some cleaning and didn't
step outside my front door all while listening to my book
[emoji4]
I am overdue for a blood test actually, I need my iron levels
checked and I keep putting it off because my Dr wants it done
while fasting.....why I don't know!!!!!!
