Bugger once again .............

It is boring talking to myself on here so maybe I will have an
early night ... a good idea after the late night last night
looking after the grandkids till 10PM then catching up on here
..... then spending the night listening to the dog Juno snore
loudly in the lounge and John snore more quietly beside me in
bed ....because of his not drinking but still snoring
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PASS :)

At least I could make it on here this morning, but it hasn't
been smooth sailing as I have had to redo a lot of my posts
owing to that stupid "SSL handshake" message coming up all the
time!!!!!
Why did you have the kids til late? And why was it
'interesting"?

Moira hasn't been on, so perhaps the board is mucking up for her

I never even tried to get on here last night as I was feeling
sick ... and my nose was blocked up due to the awful weather and
the fact that Jack had been the same for the last two days !!!
Some bug and I could not even eat tea. SO I went to bed early
for me and read a book for almost 2 hours till John came to bed
then I did sleep on and off during the night !
Woke up about 4/5 times .... too hot and sweating but I did
finally sleep better after 7am when I took my Thyroxine pill and
John got up so I spread out !!!!!!!!!!!! OK today ........ :)

PS: Again.
I was thinking last night about the horrible feeling I had and
the fact I was also getting cramp again in the night over the
last few nights and having to get up and walk about ....plus I
have been feeling tired on and off and not wanting to eat much
.................... THEN I remembered I felt like this a while
ago and went to the docs and THAT is when I was told to take a
Vit D3 pill ????????? One every 3 months and I was due for one
TODAY .......so I took it this morning !
Colecalciferol Capsule 1.25mg. I hope it will help !

I'm happy to hear you are feeling better. I have had a stuffed
up nose off and on for months now, it drives me mad!!!!
How odd that you only take Vit D once every 3 months, I take Vet
D3 every morning with my calcium tablet.

What is your Vit D3 if mine is 1.5mg every 3 months ?????? SO
how come you take one daily ????????????????????? Have we spoken
of this before ?????????? Bugger I will be thinking all night
now !!!!!!!!!!!!
MY throat is a bit sore again today but I Am not blocked up
today as the sun was shining and it was clear and calm !!!!

Ingredients ( Warehouse Chemist )
Each capsule contains:
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 25mcg (1000IU)
I can buy these in the Warehouse chemist so WHY do I take this
one from the GP ????????
Colecalciferol Capsule 1.25mg. MY prescription one
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I Am going to STOP taking it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I THINK I
Have also said this before too

I have no idea why you only take it every 3 months......are you
sure it's the Vitamin D and not B12 you are thinking of?
I take Ostelin Calcium with D3 tablet every morning, for my
bones and the the D3 helps the calcium bind to my bones.
