Sorry not been here in a while and I will try to catch up with
news tomorrow, I hope you are both ok and Moira I hope Dan is
safe with what is going on in the Middle East right now.

Dan thank goodness is safe ATM but he is not happy with the
situation of course and he is ready to get ANY flight out that
is available WHEN they resume the flights IF they do resume the
flights !!!!!!!!!!! PASS.
All I can say ATM is thank goodness that Bonnie and the kids
are back here at least :))

Yes we are ok here, just fed up with winter in general and my
knees have been so bad, but now the brighter weather is on its
way and I can get out more.

I wait for the winter here to get out and about, too hot here in
the summer to walk around for me, so I do most of my walking in
the cooler months....not that I can walk very far these days.

Haha it seems almost like Winter here .... not that I do walk
much myself .. except round the shops .... and the garden here !
Some sun and heat will help your knees so roll on Summer

Did I tell you I went through and checked most of my clothes to
see if they still fit me? Most of them still do and some I
haven't been able to wear for a while now fit me again, so I
needn't buy any new ones just yet. Some of my jumpers may look a
bit big, but that's ok.

I’ve put loads of weight on over the winter, I need to lose it a
extra weight isn’t going to help my knees, it’s been good to get
out walking, I had a great walk today
