Nice family dinner :)

Bonnie made dinner today roast Pork plus the trimmings and we
all joined in. It was a lovely meal and a lovely afternoon and
evening altogether :) That included Annie, Richie and Sophia who
arrive around 3pm :) It was lovely to see them and to meet baby
Sophia .... who likes to smile and kick but likes attention
!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is lovely and mostly happy unless she is tired
:)
They are here for a week ... then going back South next Saturday
then back to Aus :)

That sounds lovely. It seems we both had a lovely family
gathering yesterday as we had our Scottish breakfast, it was
loud and the girls were running around like mad things, but it
was a lovely morning. Garry and Kylie invited us back to their
house for pizzas for tea.
Belinda and Arlie bought a chocolate mud cake and decorated it
for Robert's birthday. All in all a very busy but enjoyable day.
I suppose wee Sophia is used to all the attention from her
doting Mum [emoji7]

Hahahahaha Oh wow so we were both very family occupied yesterday
and Lovely to hear that you all enjoyed your Scottish breakfast
even if it was a bit hectic :):)

It seems we are all busy doing something with our families at
the moment..........I want my nice quiet life back!!!!!!!!!!

Hahahahahaha I was thinking the same last night when we got back
here after dinner .... and Annie did ask us later this arvo IF
we were coming up there for dinner .... BUT I had ours almost
ready here..... :)

As we age we certainly like our quiet life and our routine!!!!

WE got invited to dinner again tonight .... we went to Whanganui
( Richie, Annie, Bonnie and me AND baby Sophia :) They wanted
to see the Whanganui gardens along the river and stuff :) We had
some lunch at a cafe used by motorbike riders...... that Bonnie
suggested ! I have been once before with Bon and Dan etc :)
I had a lovely Spinach and Herb pie and a Latte :) It was very
nice then we went to the Supermarket :) Then back home to pick
up the kids from school :)
Richie was making a casserole of steak and mushrooms and
stuff... cannot remember the name (Honestly MY Memory is just
rubbish nowadays !) plus mashed potatoes and peas and IT was
delicious !!!!
SO MY today's slow cooked mince is still in the slow cooker ....
in the fridge for dinner tomorrow !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3
nights and NO cooking and delicious dinners :)

It's always nice when you don't have to cook and even better
when you have good company [emoji4]
We are having hamburgers for tea tonight, well Robert, Kylie,
Garry, Jodie and James are, with wagyu meat patties that James
and Jodie bought at the Artisan farm we go to whenever we are up
north. I am having one of the sausages we buy there on a roll.
Robert is taking Jodie and James to the Australian Reptile Park
this morning, I am not going!!!!!!!
We had a lovely time at Port Macquarie and James and Jodie loved
it. This is their last week here now as they leave next
Saturday, I will miss them [emoji19]

HMm had to cook dinner tonight ..... fried egg and bacon,
mushrooms and beans !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Those Wagyu meat patties are supposed to be yuum so I hope they
enjoyed them :) Enjoy your sausage :)))))))))))
Why are you not going to the Reptile Park with Robert etc ? You
have been before right ?
I am sure Jodie and James have had a lovely time with you all
and I am sure they WILL miss you too BUT they might be back soon
:)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) Look Out :)

I haven't had that for ages and we buy the Artisan farm's smoked
bacon........you have given me an idea for tea through the week.
I have been to the reptile park before, but I hate it as I am
always on the look out for people walking around with
snakes!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to wash my sheets anyway as I can't
this coming Monday as the pest control guy will be here at
7am!!!!!!!!!
They are already talking about coming back out again soon
