Robert and I are going up to Newcastle today to see what we can
get for a trade in on our Volvo for a new one, then we will see
if we will keep this one or trade it in on a new one and work
out the finances etc. We will no doubt have some lunch up there
so no cooking again tonight.....not that I feel like eating much
at all again.

Ah safe driving and good luck with the car checking :))))
Not much going on here ... no kids around today except Cash who
came down looking for some 2 minute noodles !
:))))))))))))))))))) Its cold again and quite windy now .. maybe
another early night BUT I have no book to read :(
Not heard anything from Annie either ......... will she be here
tomorrow ??????? PASS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We looked at the new Volvo, same model as we have now, but it
has a lot of new features and of course safer driving
techniques. Would you believe they have a deal on and the new
car is less than what I paid for mine!!!!!! We didn't get a
great deal for a trade in though, but Robert is going to call
them and tell them if they add another $3000 onto our trade in
we will take the new car, so we will see.

WOW that is ridiculous that the new posh car is less than you
paid for the original one !!! Crazy ! Do you think they will
make a deal ???? Good luck :)

They took the deal and we are now just sorting finance etc out.

I don't know why he gets himself all worked up over these things
and he has been in a weird mood for ages now, cranky and
anxious, bit of course he won't admit it!!!!!!! Perhaps it's the
aftermath of me being so ill.
We pick up our new car on Friday afternoon, we will pick it up
on our way home from Port Macquarie [emoji4]

probably still are a bit of a worry for him !! Men will not

It's so frustrating that he won't admit that anything is wrong,
I just have to put up with him being cross all the time!!!!!!! I
rounded on him the other day and told him to pull his head in,
he has been a bit better since.

What do kiwis mean when they say .... "She is a hard case" ?
Not to be confused with a hard-ass or a head case (crazy
guy/gal).
But someone who is witty, funny and a bit coarse, but they can
get away with it because they do it in such a dry or honest
way.:))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
