At least SA gets very little humidity, so it's a dry heat, but
       you can fry!!!!!
Tasmania can get quite hot in the summer, but they don't have
many high heat days compared to the rest of the states.

Ah so Sian's Mum lives nearby so why would she need an hotel
Chris or ...... IS she coming to visit you also ?????????? PASS
       !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I always thought that the Northern parts of Aussie were the
hottest and in the centre and places like Tasmania and even the
places along South Aussie coast could get quite cold in Winter
and NOT so extremely hot in Summer ! That was back in my old
       school days !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I do remember going to Tassie to visit Maureen and we DID fry
for a couple of days in the northern area but it was also very
humid and the humidity got worse as we travelled South to Hobart
!!! But it did end up a lovely trip :)

Sian’s mum is coming with them, they always stayed with Eifion
when they come and Sian’s mum and dad always stayed in a hotel,
I don’t have room for all of them to stay and I know Eifion
doesn’t have room for them all but he just puts up with it, but
I did ask where her mum was staying and they said a hotel, I
think they would be better off all staying together in an Airbnb

Tasmania doesn't have high humidity!!! I just found this,
It can be muggy on a hot wet day, but overall it's pretty dry.
The thing you've got to worry about down here is the raw
intensity of the sun. 25 - 30 degrees in Tasmania, in the sun,
can feel like what 40-50 feels like on the mainland.
I agree Chris, an Airbnb would be the way to go for them all.

Tassie WAS hot and muggy when we visited Maureen way back..... I
think it was in February too so Summer time !!!! IT was in the
news back then for the fact it Was so hot and muggy.... Typical
just because we decided to visit ! BUT Yes it is well known for
the intensity of the sun on hot days !! Been there and got the
tee shirt on a couple of days there in the market in Hobart !
I DO remember telling you about it too and sending photos but it
was back on the old FB we had !!!!!!!!!
Fairynuff Chris ....why SHOULD you have to cope with them all
and I do recall you have said something similar before
       !!!!!!!!!!

For many years I fancied living in Tasmania just from what I
would read in books or see on TV and stuff :) We did think of
moving there after visiting but it was not really a good idea :)
I read some book about living on the West coast area of
Tassie.... hmmm will be thinking of that now ...... cannot
       remember the name !!!!
I DO remember you telling me about visiting Tassie !!!!!!!!!!

Too many snakes in Tasmania for me to live there. I remember all
the signs on their beaches and walking tracks, it has put me off
going back to be honest!!!!!!! Same as Queensland, way too many
snakes for me and I never feel comfortable there.
