Don't you have beetroot when you have a salad? Or even on a
salad sandwich or roll?
It's easy to be organised and it does make life easier. I don't
understand people who aren't!!!!!!!

Nope, we very rarely have beetroot in a salad or sarnie .... I
cannot remember the last time BUT I think maybe it was once when
you mentioned it, I got some and put it in a ...... sarnie or
maybe a beef burger thing !!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have boiled beetroot in the pan of water once upon a time I am
sure .. ! Thinking once again !!!!!!!!!!
Just asked John and he said it was way back when we were in
Perth and his old Amble. UK school mate Joe Hay ( RIP ) was
visiting us from UK ....Joe boiled some fresh beetroot .. as
that is how you do it for a salad in Northumberland
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I DO remember it all now :)))))))))))) Lovely memory :)

Yes I could boil beetroot, but the mess of cutting it up with
the purple juices going everywhere!!!!! I'll stick to opening a
can and putting the beetroot into a container, less mess
