I love the store, we got some nice steak knives, which I will
use for pork chops and Robert will use for steak and lamb. I got
a new dish drainer, it's a bit big, but it's fine and we also
bought an electric can opener as I can't open cans anymore and
Robert struggles with it too. I will certainly go back there for
any other kitchen needs.

I was thinking last night how you have bought steak knives
before ... or some story about steak knives !!!!
I bought an electric can opener when we lived in Perth .... Pass
... load of rubbish as it was easier to use a can opener .... I
think I gave it to ... maybe Dan or Joseph !!!!!! I Hope you can
manage yours :))))))))))))))

We did buy some steak knives a few months ago, but they are very
uncomfortable in my hands, so I was after some I could
comfortably use.
We haven't used it and I haven't even read the
instructions!!!!!! I remember many years ago when Robert worked
at General Electric, we had an electric can opener and it was a
great one, so I hope this one does work well.

Still haven't used any of them yet, well the dish drainer I have
of course. We are having pork cutlets for tea tonight and I will
use my new steak knives then [emoji4]
Perhaps I did suggest you use an electric can opener, but I
don't remember it if I did [emoji5]

We went to Hawera to do a bit of shopping ..... in the rain but
it cleared in Hawera and John wanted his McDonalds stuff .... as
usual for a late lunch so that meant I did not need to cook
dinner tonight !!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, we had an egg and bacon
sarnie each :))

Robert and I went out for breakfast yesterday with Belinda, as
she called me to tell me about a new bookstore she wanted me to
go with her to see. Robert and I were just about to get in the
car, so I told her to meet us at the breakfast cafe we were
going to. The bookstore was closed though, so we will visit it
another day.

The small cafe here in Waverley do breakfasts now and again too
.. went once with Bonnie and Penny ..... not been again but it
was fine :) Just not something we do .. probably because I don't
get up early ... but John does often !!!!!!!
I would be interested to hear about the new book store when you
do go :) I do look at new book adverts but have not seen one
that says BUY Me .. lately :):)

You certainly don't get up early enough to go for breakfast. We
don't do it often, usually we go for lunch, which I prefer as
there is no cooking or cleaning that night [emoji6]
I do enjoy wandering around a book store, but I won't buy
anything now as I listen to any book I want to, there is no
space needed for that.
