Respiratory Clinic appointment

.......went well on Thursday and my latest X-ray was good, so
they were all pleased with me. The respiratory physiotherapist
wants me to walk for 15 minutes every day to build up my
strength, that includes any rest I need during that time. She
also recommended me to the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Clinic,
which I have an appointment for on January 20th 2026.
All in all, I am getting so much better, more than anyone
expected me to do so as well as I have.

It all sounds so much better now :)
Errrr WILL you walk for 15 minutes daily and take your time
....have you not been told do a WALK like that before ?????
Will you even be able to do it in your Summer heat ?

That will be a problem in the heat, but I will manage it
somehow. Walking around shopping took more than 15 minutes, so
that is included and I am going out this morning to get a new
dress for Christmas, so that too will include around 15 minutes
of walking. As for the rest of the hot days, I guess I will just
have to walk around the house in air conditioning.

Ahhhh I never thought of THAT kind of walking ..............
shopping and stuff :))))))))))) I thought WALKING meant just
walking along the pier or the beach .... etc etc !!!!
So I suppose walking round the house in the air con will ...
errrr work ????????????????
HAVE we spoken of this before too ??????????????????? This is
all so familiar to me once again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why do
I Keep thinking we have spoken or written / chatted about this
before ????????????
And so many other things ??? PASS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As long as I am walking, it doesn't really matter whether it's
around the block, around the house or or around a shopping
centre [emoji4]
We may have spoken about this type of thing, I can't remember
off hand though.

talked of walking for health ..... before

You buy a new dress most Christmas times .... right ? I cannot
remember the last time I ever WORE a dress !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And the only 'dress' type I Have is the over the boob type
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS !!!!!

I usually try and get a new dress or something to wear on
Christmas day. I like to wear dresses in the summer as more
often than not, they are a lot cooler to wear in the summer. I
wear mainly pants or jeans in the cooler months though.

HAhahahahaha NO idea but I have rarely worn dresses .. except
when I was a kid as Mum made them and in boarding school...
Summer uniform !!!!!! I suppose hitchhiking around and working
in hotels... apart from the hotel work uniforms........ it was
safer to wear jeans ........ or shorts in the summer
~!!!!!!!!!!!!
I STILL prefer ... not Denim jeans nowadays ....... but trackies
:) More comfortable :))))))))))))))))) And shorts with elastic
waists .....when it gets hot .. OR the over the boob dress that
I make as long as I AM not going anywhere :)
