Got a jab today !

I missed a doctor's appt. on Monday and called into the clinic
this morning to see what I had missed... I was due for a Vit B12
jab ????????
Getting a B12 injection can help boost your energy, improve
mood, and support overall health, especially if you're feeling
fatigued or have difficulty absorbing the vitamin through your
diet.
I think I DO need it too !!!!
I Am supposed to have one every 3 months but of course I forgot
........... as I did the last time too but at least the clinic
reminds me now !! I can also get it done at the Chemist but the
New one did not mention it ! PASS !
Anyway I went back at 3pm and got it done by the nurse ... no
problem :) DO you still have them ???????

Yes I still get my B12 injections, in fact I had my script made
up the other day as I am due in February and thought I'd get it
made up while I remembered.

Maybe you can remind me when I AM due !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO
next one is sometime in March 2026 !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS feeling
tired and needed more sleep !!!!!!!!! I could not be bothered to
do anything !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Still not doing much today either but it is raining and cold

No I don't do the B12 injection myself, I go to the Drs for
that. The one I do myself is my Repatha for my cholesterol,
every second Saturday and it works as my cholesterol levels were
low.
I hope the B12 injection works for you, can't say as I notice
much difference myself.

AH thinking ... wrong jab then. So you do have B12 jabs every
3 months ?

Yes, have done for a few years now. My Dr reminds me and writes
out a script for me, I take it to the chemist to get made up,
then back I go to the Drs to have the injection, every 3 months.
Every 6 months I have another injection for my bones to give
them strength.

OH HELP :)))))))))) Yes I do remember now and maybe you can help
me remember to have MY B12 jab in future..... I apparently get a
reminder on my .....useless phone... PASS !
You have said about your ... Prolia bone jab too !!!!
I don't know how you manage all your prescriptions and tests etc
etc etc !!!!

I will tell you when I go for my B12 injection, but it's not the
same time as you are due. Mark it on your calendar, that's what
I do, the only way I can remember things.
I go for my Lung Function Test this morning at my new lung
specialists rooms, Kylie wants to take me so Robert will go into
work for a bit. It will be interesting to see what the results
are, but I don't get them until February when I see him.

I KNOW I have said this before too..... and I KNOW you have told
me to do it before .............Mark it on my calendar .. and I
Did early .. March time last year .... but after that I never go
any reminders as far as I can remember and my 2024 calendar is
now in the ... bin...... I think !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OR maybe it is
mixed in with all my colouring in books and magazines
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The calendars I use are free with a magazine .... so I tend to
tear off the months page after it passes !!!!!!!!!!!! SO maybe I
cannot go back and look !!!!!!!!!!!! PASS !!!!!!
I Hope all goes well with your lung function tests and how nice
of Kylie to take you :))))) Thats a long time to get any results
BUT I suppose IF there is any problem THEY will let you know
!!!!!
Is Kylie working nowadays ?

I just mark it 3 months ahead, or my Dr reminds me. I mark my
calendar with every appointment I have, even though I get text
messages to remind me of them they usually only come a day or
two before. That's no good to rely on as I may have made another
appointment!!!!!!!
Kylie and Belinda are now on 2 weeks holiday as their company
closes for the Christmas break, as is Robert.
The LFT went well, the woman who does it told me I did very
well, so my lungs are healing well.
