I do take my time doing stuff, I have to as I am still so weak
in my legs, but slowly getting stronger with each passing day.
Be careful of the smoke from the fires as that can be strong and
make it difficult to breathe. Stay safe dear friend [emoji171]

Good on you
((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((Darien))))))))))))))))))))))))
)))))))))))))))))))))))
IT belted down today and I Am sure the heavy and not stopping
rain must have helped to ease the local fires but from what I
read on the news they are still burning ....!!! I cannot imagine
it after all the rain we had today !!!! It was wild and windy
too and when we went to Hawera for shopping this morning, the
car was being blown sometimes with the wild winds on the highway
!!!! Bad unclear vision too with the low clouds ... good job I
am a careful driver !!!!!!!!!!
It belted down last night too and the winds were wild once again
.. kept me awake !!!!!!!!!!!
9:35PM right now and it has stopped raining ..... still windy
but not wild ..... !!!!!!!!!!!!! I might sleep better tonight :)

We had that weather over the weekend here, very heavy rain and
dreadful winds. We needed the rain though as it was very dry and
all the grass was looking dead around the place, now it's all
greened up again.
Emma and Roshan are down from Townsville and they popped in here
yesterday, it was so lovely to see her again and chat with her.
They bought their dog with them, Sylvie, she is a rescue dog,
well pup really as she is only 11 months old. She is part
Ridgeback and she is gorgeous [emoji7] Em looks good and is very
happy still with Roshan [emoji7]

OH how lovely for you to see Emma and Roshan and still happily
together too :)))))))))))))))))))))) Wonderful. Are they home
with Kylie etc for Christmas ???? Does Sylvie look anything
like a Ridgeback .... like Juno ?
The weather last night too was foul and it kept belting down
every now and again and the wind was wild ..... !! Kept waking
me up and I did have to get up a couple of times to look out of
the window to see what was happening but it was all so DARK
!!!!!! Thankfully even tho this morning was cold and wet it did
improve after lunch and the sun even came out a bit... and...
Touch Wood NO more rain SO FAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took some photos so I will put them up later today. I am
babysitting Sylvie this morning while Em and Roshan go Christmas
shopping. Yes she does look like Juno.
I also have Deb coming down this morning, so it will be a busy
morning for me.

Sylvie was very good, no trouble at all and she does make me
think of Juno [emoji4]
Deb looked tired, but she said she was fine. I know she is
worried about Ed as he hasn't been at all well recently and he
in a lot of pain with his neck and head, it's not nice getting
old. We did have a nice visit though and just chatted and fixed
all the world problems [emoji4]

Ed will be 76 in January and he recently had a small bleed on
the brain which has caused him some confusion and dizziness. He
was in a very bad accident many years ago with a major bleed on
the brain and the accident caused him to be in constant pain and
as he gets older the pain seems to increase [emoji19]
