Seeing as I do not get up until late morning it is not so cold
nowadays ..... but I Do always get up and get washed then
dressed and have breakfast.
Do you keep your dressing gown on while you have your breakfast
? Angie used to do that once she retired :) Its an English
thing I think :))))
I had a shower earlier and I am wearing my sleep tee shirt and a
jumper and my fluffy PJ pants and slippers BUT NO heating needed
:) It says it is 13C !

Yes I have my breakfast while still in my PJs and gown, then I
clean my teeth and get dressed. Years of habit that I am
unlikely to break now [emoji4]

We all have our habits or daily routine that has become second
nature to us and we are unlikely to change that now and why
should we anyway?? [emoji4]
This morning is quite chilly, my fingers are white again!!!! I
am so glad of my lovely warm gown [emoji5]

Of course we do all have our habits and its a good job we do as
it makes it easier when we get older ............. we just carry
on as normal :))))))))))))))))
IT was wild and woolly this morning and raining overnight here
once again but it turned out quite nice by this afternoon ...
but still windy :)
PS: Thinking .... I wonder if it does help that we have old
routines for when we DO get older and maybe cannot .....
remember things ??????????????????
Hahahaha Just thinking :))))))))))))))) PASS ... must be bedtime
now :)

I can't see how not having our routines will help us with
memory??!! I believe you are thinking along the lines of if we
change our routines it will make our mind think and hopefully
become more active? Perhaps, but I couldn't be bothered.
I slept in this morning until 7.30am and I went to bed at 8.10pm
so I certainly slept a while and I did sleep all night last
night. Every now and again my body does that, there is no rhyme
nor reason for it, but my body seems to need it. THAT puts me
out of my routine and that is enough thank you very much

I was just wondering aloud re: our routines :)))))))))))) Too
hard nowadays to change our regular routines I think
:))))))))))))))))
WOW I have to say it has been ..... cannot remember .... since
I ever slept so long like that !!!! 11 Hours asleep ???? You
must have been ready for it then [emoji170]
I Might sometimes STAY in bed for 11 / 12 hours but I am not
asleep all that time ... never ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
