I did sort my wardrobe out yesterday and have some bags to drop
off at the Salvos, I wasn't allowed to do Robert's wardrobe, he
wasn't in a good mood as he was bored [emoji849] I didn't have
the energy to bother to argue, so he can sort his own mess
       out!!!!!
I rarely have a nana nap these days, I get tired and yawn away
about 2.30pm or so, but that is all.

Oh NO you are not allowed to do Robert's wardrobe clear out and
I AM sure I recall you being told the same thing before
       !!!!!!!!!!!! :)
I Am not allowed to clear out John's stuff either but every now
and again I do sneak a few things out and dump them in the Op
shop bin !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He rarely misses them and IF he does
... well it has nothing to do with me ... it is HIS stuff !
       :))))))))))))))))))))))))
I Lurve a nana nap even tho. the idea is to be able to read my
book in the comfort and relaxation of my bed ... with the window
open and lots of fresh air ...... then I fall asleep
:)))))))))))) It is definitely an ageing thing nowadays :)
It is actualleh something I have done over the years even when I
was single and I think I have mentioned it before how I worked
early mornings in the various hotels and then did an evening
shift so I would snooze in the afternoons when I had the chance
! Might be HABIT now ... or Nana naps :))))))))))) PASS :)

He was grumpy and said he would do his own "so at least I can
have a say". He doesn't wear half the stuff, he wears the same
things over and over!!!!! The main problem was he wanted to go
out for lunch and I said I didn't want to, so he was grumpy, he
would never admit to that though [emoji849]
It has been sometime since I had a nana nap, I do get very
tired, but I just put my ears on and listen to my book.

John doesn't wear half his stuff either !!! Mind you, I too have
       spare stuff ..... :)
Sounds like Robert is bored !!!!I don't know how you CAN sit
with ear plugs in listening to a story and NOT fall asleep
!!!!!! I read when I go to bed and manage to hold the book so I
can read it but I DO start to fall asleep !!!!!

I suffer from hayfever but not as bad as when I was in
Yorkshire, I think the sea air is better for me. I have trouble
sleeping at the moment because my knee is so painful when I turn
over in bed, I am seeing a doctor on Thursday for a medication
review, we have it done yearly and I am going to mention about
my knee again and hopefully get an X-ray to see what is going
       on.

Robert is always bored, he has never learnt to enjoy relaxation,
like you really!!! He always needs to be doing something. I
enjoy my own company and rather like solitude and the peace and
       quiet [emoji4]
I had an X-ray done on my left foot the other week as it is
swollen and very painful, I can't stand on it for too long.
Arthritis was confirmed and a few bone spurs...........don't you
       just love getting old??!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That makes sense to me too re: Hay fever / Sinus in some areas
as it can be worse in some places !!!! Been there and had that
       worse in Aus !!!!
AND Painful knee .............still got mine and I have to keep
it fairly straight in bed so it is not so painful
       !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good luck with the medication review and the pain
       ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((Chris)))))))))))))))))))))
       ))))))))))))
Hahaha I DO like to have something to do and I do get tired
       doing Nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

       ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((Darien))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Getting old is no fun! I try and do things I used to do in my
twenties and realise I can’t do them any more!

Yes my foot is still swollen and sore and I am finding it hard
to walk on it for long or stand..........this too will pass no
       doubt.
I can't even do things that I used to do in my 50s yet alone
       20s!!!!!!! [emoji23]

Sad Darien that you got unable to do normal things at an earlier
age.... I can still do lots of normal things if needed ....
perhaps more slowly but I don't do stuff like digging the garden
or MAN things :) WELL I THINK I can but there is not much to DO
       around here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope your foot pain does get better but its not good to still
be swollen for so long (((((((((((((Darien))))))))))))))))
