Movies

Deb and I are going to the movies today to see Downton Abbey,
the third and final movie. The TV show finished a few years ago
now, but they decided to do these movies and as Deb and I loved
the show, we have also gone to the movies to watch them. My Mum
would have loved the show too [emoji7]

I never did watch that on the TV......never was a TV addict BUT
I do remember how you loved it and used to talk about watching
it on TV back in the errrr .... olden days .... am I right

We did enjoy it and they tied up all the ends very well. I
believe Linda watched the show as well and enjoyed it. I have
always enjoyed historical shows and that was a very good one. My
Mum would have loved it.

Deb and I have often gone to the movies together and enjoyed a
cuppa and chat afterwards. I honestly don't know what I would do
without her, she has become my best friend and confidant, much
like you have [emoji173]

We both do worry about each other, especially as we age. We know
how tenuous life can be and what it is like to lose a sibling.
Maree is a fool to throw us away as she has done.

its sad about Maree ... does she still not communicate with you
? Didn't she move with her man to a new place and is she settled
better now do you know ? DO you even hear from her ?

We don't hear from her at all these days, the last time was back
in May when we were supposed to visit her for her birthday and
she fobbed us off and was supposed to ring us back to reset a
date, haven't heard anything since. We have visited her a couple
of times in the retirement village that she and Ian have moved
to, but it's been years since Maree has been down to visit me,
well over 5 years now.
