Of course your meds were in their original boxes in Perth, it's
how all our medication is dispensed!!!! I believe you said that
in NZ it's how all your meds are dispensed in these pill
bottles, were they like that in Helensville or just since you
moved to Waverly? I don't remember you mentioning them before.

In Helensville the pills were also dispensed in separate
containers ..... little plastic pill bottles like they are here
! I remember having a drawer full of little empty pill bottles
!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like I DO now !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thinking back... I have a vague memory of the Pill containers
changing when we were living in Helensville !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I
am sure I Also mentioned it and the change to using so many wee
plastic bottles but they contained pills for 3 months ( 90 )
back then ... not like now when it is only ONE MONTH ( 30 )
!!!!!!

Now I understand why you questioned them about your thyroid
medication, I assumed it was in a sealed box/bottle the way
Kylie gets hers. You say this is done by the government then?

I suppose it IS Government .. or the Health System ! MY Thyroid
pills are in a plastic bottle with a label on saying what they
are and how to take them ! I just took a pic so will put it up
later one ! I Do think I may have taken pics for you before ...
of my pills :))))))))))))))))))))

In a way, it would be similar if I chose to have all my pills
put in blister packs for daily use, like I do when I go away for
a holiday, instead of taking all the boxes. That is by choice
though, certainly not enforced!!!!!

Goodness I know NOTHING about those packs !!!!!!!! Does the
Chemist do it for you ????? Or do you have to DIY ? Its a
brilliant idea especially for holidays or if your memory is bad
:) MY camera ran out of battery last night so I never got the
photo of the pills up !

The chemist does it for you, Write down what I take and when and
they fill the blister packs. May used to have them made up
monthly for her, Gail organised it so she knew if May was taking
her meds. They do charge for this service, but not a lot and
it's so handy when we go away for long trips.

Gail is well, her and Rab are down in Melbourne at the moment as
Rab's daughter Leanne is due to have her baby. They went down
last Friday as Leanne was getting pains in her lower back, she
was due on Monday.........so far nothing has happened and Rab
was thinking of flying back and then flying down again when
something useful is happening.
I hear from Gail via FaceTime quite a bit and we will go out for
lunch with them, but not as often as before when May was here.
Rab and Gail are very social people and he is the President (or
something) of the Orange Order for the Central Coast and Sydney
and the Rangers Football club [emoji849]
