It was warm here again yesterday, I had the ceiling fan on, but
today is going to be 31C, so I will no doubt have the AC on. I
am dreading Summer [emoji29]

Lucky you I say ... it was sunshine here today and it was
warmish .... I had to take off my jumper when I went shopping to
Hawera ... everyone in Hawera was in summer clothes !!!!!!
Its cold now and I have the heating on low !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also putting my blanket on shortly !!!!!!!!!!

It reached 32C here yesterday and we had a small storm come
through along with a southerly wind to cool things off last
night. It's cloudy this morning and it's only going to be 22C,
much better I think!!!!
I can't believe you are still needing your heating on!!!!

IT gets cold here especially in the early mornings and at night
time ... when the sun goes down !!!! Not so bad today but not
WARM or warm enough to SIT outside.... 18C says John ! ..... but
I did do a wee bit of splashing paint around on the table on the
deck.... on a new canvas as I was bored and I had on my newish
$8 Warehouse grey sweater and it now has paint all over the
sleeve areas and the front !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good job I wear
cheap sweaters :)
I did read about the storm in Queensland on the news earlier.
Was it bad ?

Today is going to be a nice Spring day, but tomorrow, Monday, is
going to be 35C!!!!!!!!
I don't know about a storm in Queensland, so I can't help you
there sorry.

35C is HOT to me ! Keep cool :)
Rain this morning then the sun came out but it was not warm and
very windy again !!! Cold tonight and according to the weather
thing its going to be wet, windy and cold for the rest of the
week !

Robert and I went down to Westfields shopping centre yesterday
and Robert bought himself two new pairs of shorts and two
T-shirts, in smaller sizes as he has lost a fair bit of weight
[emoji7]
I bought a pair of Sketchers sandals and some new undies. We
then went to meet Rab and Gail for lunch in a new cafe, lovely
place too. Then as it was Keith's Birthday, we popped in there
to give him his present.
We left home at 9.30am and didn't get back again until nearly
3pm!!!!!! A very long day and my feet were killing me [emoji24]
I used my stick to walk around yesterday as my feet are making
me unsteady, I feel safer with the stick.

WOW a busy day but interesting too..... pity I Don't live near
you as I could have come along !!!!!!!!!!!!! I got out MY
Sketchers sandals today ..... then it rained .. no tthat I was
going anywhere !!!!!!!!!!!
Was Robert OK with his bad shoulder and how has he lost weight ?
I cannot imagine you with a walking stick...... I know you have
used one before and have seen the picture of you with one ...
and IF it helps Go for it :) Better to be safe than sorry :)

Robert is eating less and then there is golf twice a week, so
that has contributed to it as well. Even though I too am eating
less, I have only lost 4 kilos!!!!!!! But then I can't walk
around anymore.
I use my stick a lot these days, my balance is very bad and now
my left foot mucks up a lot and my ankle rolls and I now walk on
the outside of my foot........I have no idea why, but it's been
getting worse for months now and why my Dr wants me to see a
podiatrist.
Sketchers are so comfy to wear, aren't they?

Love my Sketchers both the sandals and the trainers :) I have
also had Sketcher slippers once upon a time :) I wore them out
:)
I don't have any scales to weigh myself........ well there are
some in the studio PASS ! I still LOOK the same even tho. I
don't eat as much !
Will you go see a Podiatrist ... have you not been to one before
??????? I went to one in Samson, Perth and I apparently walk on
the inside of my feet .... slightly ...so I was supposed to get
the insole things to put in my shoes... I did for a long time
but now ??? Pass !
