You would have seen Mum's ring, but I haven't worn the opal
cross for several years now and only just decided to wear it. I
used to have a heart shaped cubic zirconium diamond that Robert
bought me for our 20th wedding anniversary. I also swap with a
celtic cross that I bought in Scotland or a lovely Broome pearl.

They all sound lovely so maybe I should get some of mine out and
wear them ........................ ! Or pack them up and give
them to Anneliese :)

I would feel naked without wearing my gold chain, I have had it
for so long.
Why not wear yours, it does no good sitting away somewhere

If you were to give them to Anneliese, instead of packing and
sending, you should take them with you when you go to see your
newest granddaughter [emoji171]

I did use to always wear my gold chain with a gold Sagittarius
figure on it ,,, and before that a Holy medal belonging to Mum
but nowadays it is all too much hassle having it hanging round
my neck !
I Am not sure that Annie would even appreciate them any way but
she does have a few lovely rings.

I can't see how wearing a gold chain around your neck can be a
hassle. It seems everything is too much for you these days and
it worries me, my dearest friend [emoji171]

I sleep with mine, but I am so used to it, it doesn't bother me
anymore. Robert has a silver chain with a St Christopher medal
on it, he never takes it off either.

Back in the day when I was at boarding school we were allowed to
wear a chain and a Holy Medal and I had a ST Christopher medal
:) But we had to take them off when we went to bed ! No idea
what happened to it in the end :( Might be in among my stuff
somewhere !!!! :)

The chain I wear is long enough that I can get it over my head
if I need to take it off. I am hopeless at doing a chain up and
I can't do one up on my own.

chain :)
