VIT. B12 Jab
By: Moira Date: September 15, 2025, 5:03 am
---------------------------------------------------------
The local chemist here had the prescription for my B12 jab BUT
the actual qualified chemist.. who can do the jab ....... was
not there today ( MONDAY ) SO as I was up and down again last
night and not happy... I asked John to drive me to Whanganui to
take me to the main GP clinic . First he had to pick up the
prescription from the local chemist here and we went to the GP
clinic in Whanganui. HELLO MOIRA .... nice to see you AGAIN
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think they like me there
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hahahahahahha.
I gave the receptionist the prescription and she got it sorted
so I had the B12 Jab !!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT hurt but I was warned
that it might hurt but not too bad and I managed :)
We then went to do some supermarket shopping then came back home
and I had a nana nap. Right now I Am ready for my bed but I feel
OK :)))))))))))))))))))

I’m glad you got it sorted, yes they do hurt, but it can hurt a
little less if the nurse who gives them does it slowly.

I'm glad that that is all sorted now and you must have been
exhausted to let John drive you!!!!! The B12 injection does
sting a little bit, but I have had worse. Hopefully you will
start to notice a difference soon.

I'm glad you are feeling better, long may it last for you. I am
hoping that when I get my iron infusion done next week, I too
will have some energy and stop feeling so tired and nauseous.

snuggled down again while John got up and I woke again at 9:45
AM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so snug and warm I could have
stayed there all day !!!!!!!!!!
I hope your Iron infusion works for you too [emoji170]

The day is almost gone by that time!!!!! I couldn't sleep in
that later, I don't think I ever have unless flying in late and
recovering from jet lag. I am a morning person and by early
evening am well and truly ready for my bed, even when we are
away.

I love to sleep in :) IN boarding school it was always a 06:30 /
7am wakening .... then working in hotels always similar then 4
kids ... very few lie ins :) So now I can do whatever I want and
even stay in bed all day .......... IF I chose
:))))))))))))))))))))))
I am ready for my bed around 10PM but I often linger so I CAN
Sleep in :)

My friend Julie stays up late and rises late as well and thinks
I'm mad for getting up early [emoji4]
I am up extra early this morning, it's just before 5am!!!! I am
going down to Sydney with Robert to pick Kylie and Garry up from
their cruise.
