Met Eddie 1. next door to MUM when I was at boarding school ...
Then met John when I was up there on Holiday ! The first real
boyfriend when I was 17- 18 was Teddy .. Eddie 2. living in
Basingstoke ... he drove a 50cc motor bike ! He wanted to marry
me but I moved away to travel and he met up with me in Cornwall
one time but I was going out with Michael in Newquay by then :)
Not ready for marriage :) There were lots more boyfriends on my
travels including American Eddie 3. who wanted to marry me too
but he was a bit of a drinker ! Pass. Not forgetting a few more
Americans especially Denny .... really considered him for a
while but ,,, he went back to UK .. S Moira and I DID meet up
with him in Florida but he had a GF who he did marry and they
       had 3 daughters :)
Ended back in the UK eventually and met up with John again
       ............... C'est la vie :)

You could have ended up living in America!!!!! There is always a
reason for our chosen paths, you wouldn't have had all your
beloved family if that path had been different and you wouldn't
       want that, would you? [emoji7]
I had one or two boyfriend before Robert, but none that were
very important really, not with the love and passion I have had
with Robert and as mad as I can be with him at times, I wouldn't
       change a thing.

I doubt I would have liked living in America after we did visit
for our 3 month long holiday :) Thats all the time we were
allowed for a Visa because we did not have a lot of money !!!!!!
Interesting all the places we saw and the people we met but not
my idea of ideal living :) PLus some of Canada too :)
S Moira's sister still lives in America as she married a US Navy
guy and we stayed with his family when we visited there :)
       Lovely people :)

I would love to visit Canada, the east coast mainly as that is
where Prince Edward Island is, the Anne books were set there and
it was always a dream of my Mum's to go there. Perhaps, one day,
       I will get the chance.
We have booked our holiday to go to Vietnam, something we have
wanted to do for a little while and do a cruise of the Mekong
River. We go in September next year, so by the time we leave,
everything will be paid off and we will only need money for
       eating and spending.
We are booking our NZ visit after Christmas.

IT was the East Coast ST John ...where we met up with a UK girl
we worked with in Spain and her US Navy husband :) They lived in
a BIG caravan .. called a Trailer Home back then !!! No kids at
that time :) Trying to remember her name ... I will be awake all
night now thinking !!!! Lovely area but we never got to Prince
Edward Island .. close though :) I DO have photos too somewhere
       !
I wish you well on your trip to Vietnam, you have mentioned it
before I think :) Roll on September next year
       !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe all of Canada would be beautiful, from the little
amount I have seen on TV.
Yes I have mentioned before that we were interested in going to
Vietnam, so we finally went down to a travel agent and sorted it
all out and put a deposit down on the river cruise. As soon as
she knows the flights etc we will go in and book the rest.

My UK mate married to a US navy guy was called Sue .... and he
was called Trevor :) They eventually lived in Florida and had 2
       girls :)
Canada was lovely from what we saw especially Niagara Falls and
it was Autumn when we went so the leaves were changing and
everywhere looked gorgeous in the Autumn colours. That is
something I Do remember from the trip :) Fabulous Autumn
colours there :) Yes I was thinking about it all last night
       :)))))))))))))

I hope remembering their names didn't keep you awake too long!!
I hate it when that happens, it seems to stew your brain until
       the memory forms.
Niagara Falls would be spectacular to see and all the autumnal
colours, something we don't get much of here.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But well worth it :) YES I did get some pics
too but where are they ??????????
I was thinking last night and Sue's husband was called TOM not
Trevor .... and I remember sadly Sue died a good few years ago
now from some cancer and Tom married again ! Thats all I know
       now.

I don't believe you are allowed to do that anymore, health and
safety rules I think. Shame as it would have been both scary and
       fun at the same time.
I waylaying in bed last night just before I went to sleep,
thinking of you and how you have these great thoughts at this
time of night [emoji171] I was so tired though that I didn't
think anything for long as I believe I was asleep within 5
       minutes!!!!!!
