Next eye op

I go in at 10am this morning to get the cataract removed from my
left eye. I hope I am not there all day like I was for the last
one!!! I will take my headphones with me so I can at least
listen to my book while I wait.
We are in for a lot of rain today and tomorrow, no doubt you
sent it over here Moira [emoji14] Kylie and Garry leave on their
9day cruise today as well, I hope they don't get too much bad
weather.

Well you can have our rain and wild winds. Been blowing wildly
on and off all day, especially this evening and the whole Granny
flat was shaking. Scary !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Big Fir trees
along the edge of the field are also blowing madly
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP ! Scary to see .... in
day light anyway !

It was another all bloody day event!!!!! I didn't get back home
until 4.30pm, Dr Bertrell really needs to take some time
management classes!! He said he was happy with it though after
he did it and I am now just waiting for his phone call so I can
remove the patch like last time.
My BP was very high, so I had to wait in recovery until it went
down a bit before they would release me, no bloody wonder
though. Thank goodness for my headphones and audible books

My eye is bloodshot and a little sore, but all good really. The
sight is still a little burry and will be for a short while.
When I see Dr Bertrell again on the 9th October, I will then be
making an appointment with Specsavers and ordering new
glasses!!!!!!!!

That all makes sense so I hope the pain and blood and the blur
will go away soon.

I am getting quite good at putting eyedrops in now, luckily as I
have to put one drop in 4 times a day until the drops run out. I
rarely miss my eye like I used to at least.
My eye doesn't feel as sore this morning, but it's still
bloodshot and a bit blurry.
