Because I cook with them, in bakes or pizzas as opposed to the
slice or block cheeses that I use on my Cruskits or sandwiches
[emoji4]I don't buy the cheaper or generic brands as I find them
too 'oily' when they melt.

OH OK I learn some new things often :))))))))))) I don't bake
and rarely have Pizza ... I just tend to use grated cheese
bought in the packet .. mainly Edam or Cheddar whatever is on
offer and I use it for toppings :) I do use proper cheese ..
again mainly Edam on my crackers :)

The grated cheese I use for a pasta bake has three different
cheeses in the one packet, mozzarella, cheddar and parmesan,
which is why it bakes so well on top of the pasta bake and
tastes delish [emoji39]
I don't mind Edam cheese either, but I have to be in the mood
for it. I use Bega sliced tasty cheddar cheese on my lunch or if
I have grilled cheese on toast.

I have never seen 3 cheeses in one packet ... so do you mix the
cheeses on top of the pasta bake etc ? I Do prefer Edam over
all the cheeses and I never buy those ready sliced cheeses for
sarnies because most of them are not real cheese !
YES we have discussed this before too. Bugger we need some new
topics :))))))))))))))))))))))))))) Also never heard of Bega
Cheese !!

The cheeses are already mixed up in the packet and I just
sprinkle it on top.
Bega is a place down on the south coast of NSW and that's where
it comes from, it's a nice cheese and tastes exactly like the
block cheese, only it's sliced up already for me. I have trouble
slicing cheese these days.
