I also am on aspirin, that and Mobic can cause
reflux/indigestion, but I am on Pantoprazole/Somac to help with
that and when I get breakthrough indigestion pain and
discomfort, which is often, I have my quickeze at hand.

I don't get much acid reflux, it's usually indigestion pain for
me. Bread is my worst enemy and I do love bread, so I try not to
have too much of it. Sometimes though I have no idea what causes
it.

Thankfully nowadays I rarely get any of that ... like I used to
get back in the peri meno days !!! I do have 2 slices of toast
every morning for my breakfast !!! Sometimes I add a couple of
boiled eggs or maybe some fried bacon :))))))))))))) I rarely
actualleh eat bread .. by itself but maybe in a Sarnie now and
again !

I usually always have a loaf of bread in my freezer, just in
case. I love toasted sandwiches and could happily have one or
two for tea every night, or grilled cheese on toast.
I have either Granola with Blueberries and yoghurt for breakfast
or Weet-Bix or some other cereal.

I don't have room for a loaf of bread in the 2 small freezer
drawers at the bottom of my fridge ! Too many packets of frozen
veg. or chips or meat .... I live in the country !!!!!!!!!! :)
Sometimes for the evening meal I too could happily just eat a
... toasted sarnie or something simple ... beats cooking a
dinner !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I Am not particularly a cheese on toast fan .... have not had it
here for many a year ...!!!!!! Its an old fashioned thing :) :)
We OFTEN used to have it at home when we were kids !!!!
Your brekkie sounds lovely but I will stick to my toast ....
easy !!!! Not a cereal fan !

I have a stand alone freezer in the laundry as well as the two
drawers in my fridge freezer. In the laundry one I have meat,
one shelf for chicken, one for pork and one for Robert's beef
and lamb and the top one used to be for the dogs food, but I use
if for the bread now. In the fridge/freezer in the kitchen I
have frozen veggies, chips, ice cream etc in one drawer and in
the other I have frozen pastry, roti bread for curries,
margarine and cooking cheeses.
There are so many different types of breakfast cereals these
days that it can be hard to choose, but I stick to the ones I
like.

I was up at Dan's house today .... well outside at the rubbish
bins ..... and I looked inside the closed laundry room and I see
one of his big freezers is still going ! Got some pieces of meat
.... might be deer or something ..... Pass ! So I could use
that freezer :) Thinking :)
I don't use cooking cheeses especially .... so what is the
difference ?

When I say cooking cheeses I mean the grated types of cheese you
buy for pizzas and bakes etc. Like these

YOU HAVE talked about these cheeses before and I now remember
............... NOT That I even read or see any difference in
the grated cheeses I buy ... apart from the Type of cheese. I
do tend to buy whatever is on special offer :)))))))) Any grated
cheese works for what I need but why do you call them Cooking
Cheese ???? IF they are just Grated cheese ? .... :)
