There were a lot more natural healing herbs used and they only
worked sometimes. I am grateful for the pain meds I am on.

I'm not saying that they don't work, but they aren't as
efficient as modern day medication. I will continue to take
Panadeine Forte as it's the only thing that really helps my
pain. I take two every morning and then two Panadol Osteo every
evening, so it's not much really.

I’ve started taking a supplement for joints and turmeric tablets
to see if that helps my knees, my elbows are bad with joint pain
too

SO are you supposed to take 2 Panadol Osteo every night Darien
? It says on my pills that you are not supposed to take them
long term ! I take mine only when I really feel the need for my
knee pain ... and take them with food !
IF I remember ...... I used to take Tumeric tablets when living
in Dunedin .... back in my herbal days !!!!!!!!!!PASS
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thankfully my elbows are fine ...........so
far !!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes it is safe to take the Panadol Osteo daily, as long as you
don't exceed the recommended dosage. I am in constant pain, have
been for over 30 years now and not taking anything would make my
life even harder. At least the pain meds allow me to lead a semi
normal life.
The only 'herbal' medication I use is a calcium tablet daily,
been there and done that with all the others and they made no
difference. They tell you that Tumeric etc is good for only mild
pain.
I am grateful that I have a high tolerance for pain, but even I
struggle at times.

(((((((((((((((((Darien))))))))))))))))))) I know I have said
this before But I don't know how you manage being in pain every
day !
I had to take 2 Panadol Osteo this arvo as my knee was aching
... and the pain did get easier but it did not go away even tho
I did take the weigh off my leg and go lay down in my lovely bed
for an hour or so :)))))))))
Maybe I should take them at night... do they also help you sleep
? I do not feel any pain in my knee when I am in bed laying
down flat but I don't like to sleep on my back so if I turn over
and lay sideways my knee can moan ... either side !

Panadol can help some people sleep better, it's worth a try and
if you the aches keep you awake, then take two about half an
hour before you go to bed. They won't get rid of all the pain,
but they will certainly ease it.
I didn't sleep well last night with the pain in my shoulder and
my back, so I am very tired today. I have a Drs appointment at
12.45 to have some biopsies done. I thought my psoriasis on my
head and ear was back, haven't had it for years, but my Dr
thinks it's something else.......we will soon find out I guess.

Once I am in my warm bed and laying on my back I have no pain
just when I have my knees bent sometimes ... mostly during the
night when I tend to curl up !!!
It is mainly when I walk or put any weight on my knee / leg that
it hurts OR trying to get UP after sitting for too long
!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I Hope your Doctor's appt. went OK today and the biopsies are OK
