I DID have some UGG boots when we lived in Perth !!!! YOU must
have told me about them but I have never seen them here. They
were lovely and warm in the Winter :) I cannot remember what
happened to them..... I have a vague memory of them being
damaged when we had a flood in the bathroom area .... or kitchen
..??????????? Bugger I WILL be awake all night once again
thinking !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND maybe I will have to look
again for some here !
YOU Have also said before about paying money for special shoes
!!! Good for you if it helps :) PASS !
I was being sarcastic about peri meno for Chris and her pains
:))))))))))))))))))) I KNOW she is passed it all now !
((((((((((((((((((((Chris)))))))))))))))))))))))))))
IF I can get my toe nails cut I might feel better about wearing
any shoes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You could buy them online if you can't get any over there, they
are so lovely and comfy. Many years ago I bought a pair of Ugg
boots and took them to the UK for our first visit I think it
was, back in '85 and as everyone complained that they stank, I
had to put them outside and it rained on them and ruined
them!!!!
Why on earth don't you have a regular pedicure done? You have
said there are a couple around you, so there is no excuse, is
there Moira??!!!!
It's worth the extra money to go to a good shoe shop, like
Athlete's Foot and pay the extra money for a good pair of shoes,
they also last forever.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No regular pedicure person around Waverley ... as far as I Know
so it is Whanganui and I do not like to be stuck to any dates
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT Yes, I DO need my toe nails cut properly !!!
I DID buy my best trainers in ' Athlete's Foot ' shoe shop in
Perth best trainers ever BUT I have Never seen them around here
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think there was a shop in Auckland back
in the day !!!!!!!!! Mine wore out eventually !!!!!!

Yes, I agree about trying shoes on first, but slippers should be
ok as long as you know your correct size. I have two pairs, both
presents, so it's like buying online as I didn't try them on
first.
I never make an appointment to have a pedicure done, I just go
in and if they aren't too busy, we have it done then and there,
no set dates at all.
Shame you don't have an Athlete's Foot, but I am sure you would
have some good show shops around where you are, you just need to
look for them.

I DID walk in to the nail place in Whanganui the first time I
got my toe nails cut but I Was lucky and the next time I tried
it was full up and had people waiting !!! They sent me further
up the road to another nail place where I did get them cut. I
will just have to GO and try again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I remember when Slippers used to be a common Christmas pressie
that my sisters and I used to buy for Mum... and we did always
buy the same size :))))))))))))))) No trying on or testing back
in those days :)

You have to try and pick a day that isn't busy, like a Monday or
Tuesday. I find those days the quiet ones usually, but it does
depend and I usually go in a lot earlier than you would.
I often amuse myself and think when I am going to bed at my
8.30, so are you at 10.30 and when when I get up about 6.30-7.00
you are getting up. I know, small things amuse small minds
[emoji1]
I remember that too and the different type of slippers back then
too.

Bwahahahahaha yes of course you have the time right and we DO
get up and GO to bed at the same time really :)))))))))))) "
small things DO amuse small minds " :))))))
You are right and once Penny goes home and the kids etc go back
to Abu Dhabi then I will go on A Monday to get my toe nails cut
.....:) Good thinking :)

I am glad you agree with me about small mind etc. [emoji3]
It will make your life so much easier to have your toenails cut
by someone else and it's relaxing having a pedicure, even Robert
enjoys it now [emoji4]

I don't have a POSH pedicure ... just feet in warm water amd a
slight foot / ankle area massage then the nails get cut
!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CAN pay more and have a flash pedicure BUT ....
is it worth it ? I will have to drive back to Waverley 30
minutes and I Might fall asleep after the flash pedicure
:)))))))))))))) [emoji15]

Which ever way you go, as long as you are getting your nails
cut, that's all you need. The only one we go to, actually the
only ones in the area, are what you call 'posh' pedicures, but
as long as my nails are cut, I am happy.
