       ((((((((((((((((((((Moira)))))))))))))))))))) It hurts when you
do something like that and it's best to rest it for a while, so
do less and keep it rested. It wouldn't hurt to strap it for a
bit to help minimise movement, but if it doesn't feel any better
soon, get it checked out [emoji171]
I rolled my ankle last Saturday getting out of the car at Deb's
place, I have been wearing a compression bandage on it to help
keep it stable and it's feeling a lot better now.

Well I am glad to hear that one knee is feeling alright at
       least. We are falling apart!!!!!
I have been keeping myself mobile, cleaning the house, which I
enjoy and doing a wee bit of gardening. The gardening I did last
weekend before the rain started up, I did want to start getting
my vegetable garden ready for tomatoes etc but the rain has
       stopped me doing that.

Same here ... I do also like to do a bit of gardening ... good
exercise and a way to keep busy ..... BUT then it Rains
       !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't have so much to do re: granny flat cleaning except
vacuuming up the dog hairs ! Especially since Matt has moved
to Auckland.... he did ring this evening to say all was good
and he will be doing his double drive thing test on Wednesday !
My right knee is fine today thank goodness so it was just the
way I tripped up or moved !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!;)

I bought a Daphne and a Fuchsia plant last weekend, two plants I
don't have a great deal of success with, so as you say.....watch
       this space [emoji1]
There is always cleaning to do, well I always think so anyway as
I like everything spotless mostly. I find it therapeutic, always
       have done so.
I'm glad your right knee is feeling better, how is the left one?
       Is that still hurting?

MY left knee is still hurting unless I am sitting or laying on
my lovely comfy bed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Once get up and start
walking it hurts .... I do take an Osteo Panadol pill now and
again .... and it helps somewhat !!!!!!!!!!!!! I Am fed up with
       it !!!!!!!!!!!!
I LOVE the smell of Daphne BUT I have never had success growing
it here in NZ .... BUT I did manage in my garden in Samson in
Perth !!!!!!!!!! Maybe it is too cold here !
Fuchia is a household plant also as I am sure my Mum used to
have Fushia plants on her windsills inside ! Pass
       :)))))))))))))

Hopefully when the weather starts to warm up your knee will hurt
less, I find I ache less in the warmer months these days.
My right shoulder is very sore, has been for about a month or so
now, must be time to have another cortisone injection in it,
which means I have to make an appointment to see my Dr, the get
another CTScan done, then go back and get the cortisone
injection done via ultra sound. It's all a bloody nuisance.
I have the fuchsia outside, I haven't repotted yet as I wanted
to see f it will be alright where I have placed it and it's
certainly happy there so I will replant it this week in the
bigger pot. Another plant I don't have much luck with is an
African Violet, they don't die on me, but they don't flower
       either.

Thats exactly what I have been thinking .. as my knee was sore
last winter too IF I remember !!!!! Bloody old age !
I do also agree such a chore with all the fuss needed nowadays
to get an appt. to see a GP for any aches or pains and then the
       follow ups !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
       ((((((((((((((((((((((((((Darien))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
I have never grown African Violets .. never even thought about
it ..... but you have shown us pics of them before ! I have not
done any gardening at all recently. Nothing to do apart from
pulling a few weeds or cutting off a few bits of dead leaves and
stalks ! I have planted a few potatoes ... they were growing
roots in the box outside !!!!!!!

I will ring today and get an appointment, I need some scripts
anyway, to start the ball rolling. I will also ring and get an
appointment with my physio guy, as I haven't done that yet.
Have I shown pictures before of African Violets? I haven't had
       any for many years now.
