Earthquake in Russia ................

Australia and New Zealand have been placed on a tsunami advisory
list after the world's biggest earthquake in 14 years struck off
the coast of Russia. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well I Am off to bed now so hopefully it will not reach us here

I actually heard about that last night, Robert told me. I doubt
very much if we would even feel the affects, too far down south
and it's no doubt the media hyping it all up.

HAhahaha well the media did hype it up as they normally DO and I
did read all about the possibility of a Tsunami or wild weather
etc last night but it never really bothered me ... IT did rain
hard and the wind blew every now and again last night but that
is normal ...... I slept and I woke up then back to sleep again
until John's phone started making a Bell like sound which woke
him up to go look and it was the ??? Emergency signal ? Don't
know what they actualleh call it BUT it is an alarm to look out
! I think you are supposed to check on your phone / computer to
see what is happening. Pass.... John just came back to bed and
snored again :))))))))))))
Today it was cold and windy and some showers but nothing special
!

How on earth can an earthquake effect (or should it be Affect?)
the weather!!!!!!??? Did John find out what the alarm on his
phone was for?
We have had rain here since Tuesday evening and it has been cold
too with temps only getting to about 12C during the day. The
heating has been on almost all the time!!!! I haven't been out
all week, just stayed in at home with no Drs appointments or
having to go anywhere all week, so the weather hasn't bothered
me. Poor Robert won't be playing golf today, so he and Garry are
going to the golf shop for 'stuff' instead [emoji849]

Apparently the Phone alarm thing was a BIG mistake all over NZ
..... BUT it was important for SOME people in the POSSIBLY
Affected areas !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats what I read :) PASS :)
Been cold and wet here today and I Had to turn the heating up a
wee bit this evening ......but it is fine now and no rain ATM
just some wind. But NOT warm either ! Never been anywhere myself
these last few days either but maybe tomorrow I will venture out
shopping TO Whanganui as I need some more coloured pens :)...
and maybe some food too :)))))))))))
MY computer says it is 7C ATM and cloudy !

It probably wasn't needed at all, but if they don't try and warn
people they would be in trouble, so they can't win!!!!
It has been raining quite heavily all week here and it's been so
cold, which is a good enough reason not to go anywhere. I do
have to go food shopping though today and I also need some
scripts made up, so I will have to brave the horrible weather!!!

I saw the wind and rain on your short video and it was like we
have been having here these last few days or more :)))) Raining
now again tonight but it was fairly dry and a wee burst of sun
earlier in the day BUT it is COLD !

The weather yesterday was horrendous, we went shopping in the
morning and while it was cold and raining, it wasn't too bad,
but the afternoon turned bad. We had storms rolling in from the
coast all afternoon and the rain was so heavy we could barely
see across the street!!!!!! The wind was terrible and I was
waiting for some trees out the front to come down. I had to roll
up a towel and place it under the front door as the rain was
literally pouring in underneath it. The rain and the wind kept
me awake most of the night too, hitting against out bedroom
windows. I hope it eases today.
There was snow falling heavily north west of us, up in Armidale
and Guyra, about a 7 hour drive away from here.

I DID read how bad your weather was and then I saw your video
and it looked awful. I CAN also understand the trees swaying and
perhaps they might fall ..... same all around this granny flat
in the field !!!!!!!!!!! BIG Trees and they DO sway on the wind
!!!!!!!!!
I hope all is more calm today :))) It was wet and windy here and
definitely COLD right now at 6C ! 2C Is predicted for overnight
!!!!!!!

It is supposed to stop raining later today and they are
predicting a few days of sun and then rain again. It is raining
at the moment and getting dark again, so I won't hold my breath
for it to stop. I hate the wind, especially when the ground is
so soft with all the rain, that's when trees come down and cause
damage and there has been a lot of trees down in areas.
Stay warm with your heating on. Either winter is getting colder,
or we are feeling it more!!!!!!
