Matt made the beef schnitzel with crushed pork crackling? That
would be nice done with pork or chicken, I don't eat beef. You
don't need potatoes with every meal, I do like mashed potatoes
though, but I will cut it down.
We had home made pizza on a cauliflower base, I enjoy them.
No I would never get a Frenchie, they have way too many
breathing problems and I'm still not ready for one, I'm
beginning to wonder if I ever will be to be honest.

I forgot that you do not eat beef !!!But I also think the
crushed pork cracklin would definitely be good with pork or
       chicken :)
I have seen Cauliflower base pizzas or maybe Cauli pizza bases
...in the Supermarkets here. I Am sure I Have .... will have to
look again maybe tomorrow ! But I still don't have an oven so
       ???????????
AH well I know nothing much about dogs of any sort really :)
Only what you tell me ! :)

PS re: DOGS ... this arvo the dog from up the road was in the
garden and Maggie growled at it but Basil went for it and
apparently had a bite of its tail but it did manage to RUN Off .
There was a lot of barking going on !!! I saw nothing !

The only thing about the crushed pork crackling, it does have a
lot of fat in it I believe. I found this and it is better, so
       Matt is right [emoji4]
When it comes to nutritional value, pork rind panko is a hit
among keto and gluten-free dieters because of its lack of
carbohydrates. Unlike regular bread crumbs that contain 78 grams
of carbs per 1 cup serving, pork rind panko is zero-carb and
       gluten-free.
Of course the dogs went off, another dog invaded their
territory, can't blame them for that really.

When I am shopping next I will look for them, I've never seen
them though. In saying that, I haven't bought breadcrumbs in a
long time as I buy my schnitzels already crumbed from the
       butcher these days.
Whoever owns the dog has no right to complain actually, their
dog shouldn't have been on your property, end of story!!!!!
