You will definitely have to organise reception for the TV then
and get some satellite TV channels, they have sports and
documentaries etc that I am sure John would enjoy. I know you
don't watch TV, but surely John would like to every now and
again.
It will be interesting for you to notice any changes in the kids
since their big move, not just taste wise too.

I just said to John this evening how QUIET it is in here and
maybe we need a TV that works for the winter evenings :) He just
shrugged and said hmmm maybe !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I see from photos that the kids do seem to have grown in height
! Jack is almost the same as Bonnie !

It's easy enough to organise, I'll bet Jack could show you how
to get it all [emoji4]
I thought Greta looked so much older in the photo taken on the
plane from Melbourne to NZ and no doubt the the boys have shot
up, especially Jack at his age I should imagine.

The BIG NEW TV arrived this arvo and luckily John was nearby and
saw the van coming so it is now sitting in the lounge up there
waiting to be set up on the mantlepiece like the old one ! Matt
is coming tomorrow and he is getting a lift so no idea of the
timing :)
ALL the kids looked OLDER and taller to me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How long will Matt be there for?
Yes they did all look older and taller, but for some reason
Greta seemed the most changed to me.......you will soon see for
yourself.

Matt arrived here about 2pm and immediately went into the pantry
looking for food !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PASS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway he and Corey set up the new BIG TV and according to Matt
is it working fine :))))))))))))))) I did go up there earlier to
make sure it was all clean and tidy but I did have to clean the
cooker top and also the floor .... dog hairs
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! John set the fires and Matt has lit the one
in the lounge as It IS COLD tonight !
Matt says he will be here maybe till Tuesday as he wants to see
the kids ... so that means he will have to sleep on MY Sofa when
they are all home !

While Matt is there get him to set your TV up so that John can
watch stuff on cold evenings instead of sitting out in the
cold!!!!!!!
Dog hairs do tend to get everywhere, I don't miss that at all.
So all is ready now for Bonnie and the kids return, so close now

I am not sure this TV will work much anyway as there is not much
of a signal and it is not now connected to Spark ! I did ask
John why he does not get the TV connected again .. he says he is
not bothered !!!!!!!!!! I think he likes to sit outside suitable
wrapped up with a beer and his cigs and the radio !!!!!!!!!!!!!
TO each their own ????
He came inside to go to the loo and I got a photo of him fully
clothed :)
Matt rented a carpet cleaner thing today to do Bonnie's carpet
in the lounge and he then came and did mine here BUT mine needed
vacuuming first really as my vac. is ready for the dump ! SO
Not really a good job .. lots of bunches of Juno's dog hairs and
I NEED A new Vacuum ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If John is not bothered with the TV then don't get it set up
then, I was thinking of John sitting inside in the warmth really
[emoji4] I would much rather be sitting inside in the warmth of
the heating listening to my book with a cup of tea any day!!!!
If you go into Whanganui today, have a look for a new vacuum
then if you need one.

The TV has not been on since Matt took the " whatever bit " as I
said before ... and I Did ask John if he was going to watch the
rugby tonight and he saw some of it on his Laptop inside ... I
heard it ......then he went outside with his overcoat, hat etc
and his radio and his beer can ! Still out there and it is NOT
warm BUT It is not actualleh raining right now for a change !
I did not go to Whanganui today as it was belting down this
morning ( Belting down all night too !).... some parts of
Taranaki are under water ! BUT Matt HAD to go to get some paint
for the wall bit in the lounge so he went by himself ! He got
the paint but it is NOT the right colour so he WILL go again
tomorrow.. even tho he had Mitre 10 look it up etc etc .... Matt
is mad about it BUT the wee paint tin they mixed to get the
right colour did only cost him $10 ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sigh ! I
think maybe I can find a use for it :)
BUT I will also GO with him tomorrow else we will have no food
for the weekend !!!!!!!!!!! HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
