The clouds came over later in the morning and it rained for a
bit, while Robert was at golf, but he said it didn't rain much
there. Today is going to be clear skies and windy.
Why is John sitting outside in the cold?

John Likes to sit outside in the cold, rain or wind but he is
quite cosy in his top coat and woolly hat plus a blanket over
his legs if needed !!!!! Yes, Bonkers but he can smoke out there
and listen to the radio and have a can of beer. WE do not watch
TV so he does also read outside sometimes by lamp light
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NOT MY idea of fun anyway and he says now it is Raining
!!!!!!!!!!!! .....almost 9:30pm !
Much more comfy inside with the heating on .. lowish :)

Tell John I said he is mad!!!!!! He should be sitting inside in
the warm and if he wants a smoke, to just go outside and have it
then come back in. I remember that's how I used to do it back in
the day.
It was very windy yesterday and my washing certainly didn't take
long to dry!!!! The wind was coming off the snow, so it was a
cold wind and a cold day. It's cold again this morning and they
are only predicting 16C today.

Hahaha I told him and he said .... " well we have a useless Tv
reception and if it does work it is boring .......so he sits
outside counting the stars and listening to the radio " !
He does come inside if it is foul weather and cold :)
We had a lot of wild wind today and I drove to Hawera to do some
shopping and the car was actualleh being blown sideways every
now and again in the bad gusts of wind !! IT is Supposed to be
lots of rain and wild winds tomorrow ..... BUT so far tonight it
has been CALM and it is NOT even cold !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO heating
on ATM !!!!! ODD weather I must say !!!!!!!!!!!
According to the computer it is 15C here ATM :)

I know your TV programs are hopeless, John needs Netflix or
something to keep him occupied, you should get Matt to hook him
up to the sport channels etc when he is next over to visit. He
doesn't need to watch it all the time, but it at least will give
John the chance to watch something he can enjoy inside in the
warm.
The winds have been cold here the last few days, not as bad as
Tuesday, those winds were wicked, but bad enough and so cold it
seems to blow right through you.

Hahaha Been there and done that re: Netflix or whatever
!!!!!!!!!! Matt set our TV up with some machine thing so John
could see the rugby and sports etc. but last visit Matt took
away that Machine thing as he needed it in Napier so he could
use it himself !!!!!!!!!!!!! Pass again !
Since then we have not even had the TV on !!!!! How boring we
are :))))))))))))))))))
He is outside again this evening after putting the dogs inside
up at the big house and he is in his overcoat and woolly hat
drinking a can of beer !!!! It is 11*C :)
C'es la vie !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You should get the Matt to sort you out with the same thing when
he is next over then, at least John will have something else to
do instead of sitting outside in the cold......he is mad!!!!!!!!

I think rugby is over now for a time but I WILL ask Matt when he
comes .... supposedly next week to replace Dan's TV
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT That John does actualleh watch
that much TV .. normal TV ! Yes he is outside again this
evening and it is pouring down but NOT freezing cold :)

I had forgotten about Dan's TV!!!!!! Does that mean you will get
yours back? I suppose you will be getting everything ready this
week for the kids and Bonnie's arrival [emoji4] I take it Dan
couldn't get time off to come over for a bit then?

Our actual TV Is still here but it has useless reception and
Matt took away his plug in ' Sports Thing ' ?????? Matt took
the TV from Jack's bedroom. ( our old TV ) SO John cannot watch
any special rugby stuff here ! Pass I know nothing !
Still NO NEW BIG TV has arrived here yet !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waiting
!
I think Dan does have commitments at work so he cannot come here
yet but he says maybe in a few weeks time ???????????
I will go shopping in a day or so to get basic stuff for them
all to live .... but knowing Penny she will bring with her all
that is needed .... for a week or so :)))))))))) I also suspect
the kids will TELL Penny what to buy :) I wonder if the kids
have a different taste nowadays ?????
